Here’s my response even though you didn’t leave a voicemail. I’ll assume this is over me saying curse words to the city clerks. I don’t give a fuck to hear your advice. I can say what I want, in any tone of voice I choose. I don’t take sermons from the police. I have lawyers, money and have set precedent in this state against qualified immunity.
On the other hand. Your hands. You know the city is breaking the law on open records, deleting people’s comments from meeting streams, harassing people with noise & at the same time planning to take their homes with a blight designation cut from the whole cloth. That’s setting aside the millions of dollars in embezzlement of taxpayer funds. Your department itself is being sued as a toxic, discriminatory workplace.
So rather than take advice or threats from you. Here’s some advice from me. You have a right to get a warrant. Then you and the clerks will be taking the stand in front of 12 deeply taxed jurors and explaining the lopsided nature of law enforcement in Stockbridge. This I say from experience, not rhetoric my friend.
