What we have next to review the minutes for the following meetings. The uh February 2nd special call meeting. [0:06:31, 0:06:32]: We also have here [0:06:33, 0:06:38]: A council meeting on the twelfth of um February. [0:06:38, 0:06:49]: And also a work session minutes on the 27th of February. Just review those. And our next meeting we'll be able to repeat them at the time. [0:06:49, 0:06:50]: Yeah. [0:06:59, 0:07:03]: If there are actually no questions about those minutes, we'll move on to new business in just a second. [0:07:07, 0:07:08]: And move. [0:07:09, 0:07:14]: New business. Legislative update presented by uh City Manager, Mr. Nighton, please. [0:07:14, 0:07:19]: Uh mayor and council, the legislative update would be an item that would be covered under executive session. [0:07:20, 0:07:21]: Okay. [0:07:22, 0:07:23]: Appreciate that. [0:07:24, 0:07:44]: Okay. Item number five, council consideration to approve the ordinance providing limitation on the city manager's contracting authority up to$25,000. Presented by Mr. Knighton, sir, please. Yes to Mayor and Council, uh this uh item is a request to um uh provide that uh contracting authority up to twenty-five thousand dollars previously uh [0:07:44, 0:08:04]: It was uh$50,000 for uh a lengthy period of time and then it was reduced down to$10,000. The request is as a result of uh you know some of the day-to-day operations that we encounter, talking to a number of staff people, and it provides more flexibility with respect to uh making the necessary. [0:08:04, 0:08:23]: purchases of uh that are necessary uh to conduct our activities. So the request is up to$25,000. That does not necessarily mean that items less than that may not be brought to the council for your consideration, but it does provide the latitude necessary to go up to$25,000 as needed. [0:08:24, 0:08:27]: Okay, thank you. Um any questions? [0:08:29, 0:08:33]: Do I have a motion to accept the uh ordinance change at all? [0:08:36, 0:08:37]: Soul Move. [0:08:37, 0:08:38]: Is it a second? [0:08:39, 0:08:41]: All right. Any further discussion? [0:08:44, 0:08:46]: Hearing none, all in favor of the motion, please indicate. [0:08:49, 0:08:52]: Four. I guess we got four affirmatives in. Okay, good deal. [0:08:53, 0:09:10]: Council consideration to approve vendor interdevelopment for interdevelop, I guess, for information technology services, the city of Stockbridge, RFP 17, RFP 112017-DRR, presented by Mr. Riley. [0:09:13, 0:09:14]: No. [0:09:15, 0:09:19]: Want to hear it after the session? Okay, we're gonna do it. [0:09:22, 0:09:28]: Ask if that item could be held until after executive session for consideration of the council. [0:09:33, 0:09:45]: All right, if that is the case, then uh what we have left is executive session itself. So I need a motion council to go to executive session, please. So move. [0:09:48, 0:09:54]: So moved uh one uh Blount and then second by Thomas. Okay, any discussion? All in favor, please indicate. [0:09:55, 0:09:58]: All right folks, we'll be back from the segment session shortly. [0:10:00, 0:10:00]: Mm-hmm. [0:10:06, 0:10:08]: Apply a diversity policy not only. [0:10:20, 0:10:21]: Hey Carly. Okay, we are now completed with our executive session, so I uh need a motion to end the second session, please. Boom. [3:15:40, 3:15:41]: There's second? Second. [3:15:41, 3:15:43]: Okay. Any discussion? [3:15:44, 3:15:45]: All in favor, please indicate. [3:15:47, 3:15:47]: Okay. [3:15:48, 3:15:52]: I need a motion to reconvene our special call meeting, please. So [3:15:52, 3:15:54]: Tec there you go. Any discussion? [3:15:56, 3:16:06]: All favor please indicate. All right. In our executive session, we have some uh we had a at least one item that needs to be presented. Can I have a motion for that item, please? [3:16:08, 3:16:09]: Yeah. [3:16:09, 3:16:23]: Yes sir. I'd like to move that we accept the recommendation by the city manager in regards to the uh evaluation of city clerk. [3:16:23, 3:16:28]: Um no I is this uh you're talking about s we're talking about salary, is that right? [3:16:30, 3:16:38]: Well y y y yes, sir. I d the the motion um would probably be more proper to to include a reference to an increased salary. [3:16:45, 3:16:47]: And increase it. [3:16:52, 3:16:52]: Okay, is there a second? [3:16:54, 3:16:55]: Is there a second? Okay, there you go. [3:16:56, 3:16:57]: Uh further discussion? [3:16:59, 3:17:00]: All in favour, please in okay. [3:17:01, 3:17:02]: Okay, motion passes. [3:17:03, 3:17:04]: You're welcome. [3:17:04, 3:17:05]: I'll stand it. [3:17:05, 3:17:09]: All right. So what we have, one other item we have today is Mr. Riley. [3:17:10, 3:17:16]: You are going to present to us uh information about uh IT, is that correct, sir? Yes, sir. Right? [3:17:17, 3:17:17]: Go right here. [3:17:18, 3:17:38]: Good afternoon, Mr. Mayor and Council members. I'm here for the request approval of a recommended proposal, RFP number 17RFP 112017-DRR. It's for IT Technical Technology Supporter Service. [3:17:37, 3:17:53]: services with the Interdev LLC out of Alpharetta, Georgia. This contract is prorated for till the end of this year in the amount of$100,000. This agreement is for one year with two one-year renewals. [3:17:55, 3:17:56]: All right. Um [3:17:57, 3:18:06]: Anything else you need to add before the have any questions from the council? That's it? Anything else? Okay. Council, got any questions that you may have? Mayor. Go right here, sir. [3:18:06, 3:18:13]: I I just want to make sure that I understand this process uh completely. Um at this point [3:18:14, 3:18:34]: Uh is this uh the end use is this the the vendor has been selected or is it that uh we're putting this out for RFP or how how talk about that a little bit. This project was put out for RFP back in October of 2017. And we had two companies to respond to it. [3:18:34, 3:18:51]: And I had a selection committee of myself and several members of the city, and we actually evaluated the two proposals. And based on that, we came up with Interdev as our best company for the IT services. [3:18:51, 3:19:11]: Okay, now as far as these services are concerned, I read that there would be someone that would be on site as well. Now I look at some of the other uh administrative as well as the state and they're able to do something where they're posting these directly to YouTube or or a popular site like that, Vimeo. [3:19:11, 3:19:14]: where they are available immediately. [3:19:15, 3:19:34]: Uh but after the meeting you can reference and you can scroll through them. Is uh tell me all of the services that we would be getting from this provider that uh we that this council has discussed. Uh the uh what is the difference between this provider and some past providers. [3:19:34, 3:19:54]: Well this provider will actually have an on-site user five days a week at from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. as well as on site whenever we have council meetings. They will also provide the city with configurations, network, domains, printer setups, installations. [3:19:54, 3:20:14]: workstations, just all of IT from the cradle to grave. We will have one person that's here on site 24-7. Whenever staff is here, they will be here. And whenever we have anything from our networks going down or we [3:20:14, 3:20:26]: have any type of new solutions or anything that we need, they will be here 24-7 as well as have a network of team providers that will support the city. [3:20:26, 3:20:46]: Yeah, one final question if I could. Now there was in this RP there was a mention that there would be some type of um there would be a verification on other municipalities that this company uh was dealing with. Could you elaborate on that? Where we might be able to look at it and to see what they're doing [3:20:46, 3:20:48]: Uh for the other minute spelled. [3:20:48, 3:21:08]: Uh yes, sir. Uh well I don't have the actual list in front of me, but I know uh I have checked their references and made sure that they have supported a city size as well as scope that we have in front of you. They have supported cities such as City of Alpharet. [3:21:08, 3:21:17]: City of Tucker, City of Um Stone Crest. So they are actually a great provider as well as they come highly recommended. [3:21:18, 3:21:22]: Thank you. Any other questions from the council? Two real quick. [3:21:22, 3:21:23]: Um [3:21:23, 3:21:25]: When would they start? [3:21:26, 3:21:27]: Immediately. [3:21:27, 3:21:40]: I will touch bases with them in the morning and have them drafted up a contract, but I'll have been in conversation with them and I'll have them to start immediately working with our current provider. [3:21:40, 3:21:46]: Second question. I did want to add um Councilman Blount. There would be a transition period, obviously. [3:21:47, 3:22:07]: Um and our current provider um uh uh via um agreement has agreed to go through the end of the month with us to ensure that there is a proper transition. And let me say um that Liberty Tech has been a great provider for us. If this is if it is the council's will to go with Interdev, then obviously that that is what is being pr presented for you. [3:22:07, 3:22:12]: But we would anticipate a um a smooth transition between the two providers. [3:22:13, 3:22:33]: Um at that time the reason I was asked is because at the time they start, is there anything that need to be fixed or would they be coming in with everything operable so we won't have a you say the only way we could gauge the efficiency of anybody doing something is that everything has to be in place properly pro you know at the time that they start. [3:22:33, 3:22:53]: I just don't want us talking about issues that had nothing to do with them with the w if we go with them to a new company versus them coming in and everything is already set. Is that what we're looking at? Right, and we would hope that the transition period would allow us to do that to ensure that anything that is outstanding in terms of uh [3:22:53, 3:23:00]: um any any work product or anything like that or or anything that's in transition would be properly carried through to the new provider. [3:23:01, 3:23:03]: Any further questions from the council? [3:23:04, 3:23:15]: Okay, I need a motion then, no further questions on on the um accepting this particular um contract or bid or service from uh InterGev LLC. [3:23:16, 3:23:29]: Uh Mayor. Yes sir. I'd make a motion to accept the recommendation of staff for Interdev to become the IT provider for the city. Sir Second. Second. Second down here uh second for Mr. Blount. Okay, any further discussion? [3:23:30, 3:23:32]: If not, all in favor please indicate. [3:23:33, 3:23:34]: Okay, genemos. [3:23:34, 3:23:36]: Thank you. Thank you. [3:23:37, 3:23:39]: On that note, uh we [3:23:40, 3:23:42]: On that note, we have uh [3:23:43, 3:23:46]: Comments. I have no well actually [3:23:48, 3:23:54]: Okay, it's a special call meeting. It's a special call meeting. So anyway, so on that note then I'd I'd like to motion in the meeting. [3:23:55, 3:23:55]: Yes, sir. [3:23:58, 3:23:59]: All right, so second? Second. [3:24:00, 3:24:04]: Any discussion? All in favor, please indicate. Meeting is adjourned. [3:24:07, 3:24:07]: So [3:24:15, 3:24:35]: Let uh here or they can do it. Do you do you iron you don't iron? [3:24:35, 3:24:46]: You just wash it and no breakers in the proof. [3:24:47, 3:24:51]: Something that's like a little bit. [3:24:55, 3:25:10]: I just agree with that. Okay, so [3:25:32, 3:25:33]: Yeah, yeah. [3:25:40, 3:26:00]: All right, uh so I'll put that word. So yeah, here's the part. [3:26:10, 3:26:30]: Okay, so you can do uh they have the lines and all women. The reason for that is because when they were like I said, she on the camera. [3:26:30, 3:26:31]: [12394.3, 12395.0]: The box. [3:26:37, 3:26:43]: [12403.7, 12423.7]: I can make the whole colour in the morning just breaking the told me my phone would be able to break it to the late two. [3:27:03, 3:27:05]: [12435.0, 12455.0]: Oh I know but see I wonder if I had both or something like that. [3:27:35, 3:27:55]: And I get it. I don't care about it. And just stick the little thing, stick your uh stick the magnet on the back of it and still see the left as well. And I don't want to. [3:27:54, 3:28:05]: Yeah, that's what people. [3:28:25, 3:28:45]: I would imagine and I said the option. [3:28:45, 3:29:05]: But I already called them an error going to have to put it in other words. Appreciate you. [3:29:04, 3:29:12]: [12552.8, 12560.0]: Oh I got sure we got it. [3:29:22, 3:29:41]: I can watch out. I can have one of these exact little folding parts like that. Yeah. I can't read it back. It folds up, right? Yeah. Oh I don't know. Yeah, they fold it down like the story. Is it that two? [3:29:43, 3:29:50]: Yes, now it's going to be a landless.
