Uh tonight we want you to accept uh three parcels that the city council voted to transfer over to the Urban Redevelopment Authority. And those parcels are 108 First Street, parcel number S 19. [0:04:01, 0:04:04]: Zero two zero two six zero zero zero. [0:04:05, 0:04:06]: Second parcel [0:04:06, 0:04:09]: Is one forty two Wilson Avenue. [0:04:09, 0:04:12]: Posle number S twenty. [0:04:12, 0:04:16]: That's zero five zero zero seven zero zero zero. [0:04:16, 0:04:18]: And the third parcel. [0:04:18, 0:04:20]: is four four [0:04:20, 0:04:23]: Nine eight, North Henry Boulevard. [0:04:30, 0:04:50]: These properties were voted on at the November at the Nov November September twenty-sixth, twenty twenty three meeting to be transferred from the city city to the Urban Redevelopment Agency for Future Development Opportunities, which we will bring before you as they come to our presence.
