Staff brings before you tonight our land development fee schedule. At the last meeting, we approved the Bill and Permit fee schedule. This is our land development. And in terms of how it compares, it's right in line with McDonough, Lord, and Chamley. So we're right in the top. [0:17:05, 0:17:21]: And as you know, in receiving, we were open for business today. And all has been going well. And so we need to adopt these fees today so that when they come in tomorrow, the plans and all of that, we will be able to receive them. [0:17:21, 0:17:28]: Okay.
