All right, so now let's [0:02:10, 0:02:16]: Uh earlier today about 530 we had a couple of ceremonial type of activities, proclamations being read. [0:02:16, 0:02:31]: And one from National Public Works Week proclamation, Mr. Decius Aaron uh received that proclamation for his public works department. And we want to recognize all the public works folks not only in our city of Stockbridge, but also all over the nation. And uh so Mr. Aaron's received that. [0:02:31, 0:02:45]: Our clerk uh Vanessa Holliday received a proclamation for na uh municipal clerks week as well and to recognize all the work that municipal clerks do, not only for this the municipal clerk section does for the City of Stockbridges, but also municipal clerks all over the [0:02:45, 0:02:48]: all over the country in a sense of what they do for their cities. [0:02:48, 0:02:52]: And then also we had a proclamation for public service appreciation week. [0:02:53, 0:03:10]: Um and uh that was given it for that's for all this all our all our public employees here uh in the city of Stockbridge, but that was actually received by James Touchon, uh economic director, uh earlier uh today as well. So I wanna thank all those folks in reference to [0:03:10, 0:03:13]: their recognition and all the good hard work they do for the city Stockbridge. [0:03:20, 0:03:24]: On that note, uh Madam Clerk, any public comments? We do from Ms. Cecilia Green. [0:03:25, 0:03:28]: Okay, please come forward. Your name and your uh address please. [0:03:34, 0:03:35]: Thank you. [0:03:38, 0:03:47]: Good afternoon, Mayor and Council. Good afternoon. My name is Cecilia Lucinda Pierce Green, Post Office 51821, Stockbridge, Georgia. [0:03:47, 0:03:51]: three oh two eight one. I've been a resident here since two thousand and seven. Okay. [0:03:53, 0:03:55]: She's gonna pass out something before. [0:03:55, 0:04:00]: On that note, um I know we are only allowed to. [0:04:05, 0:04:06]: Let me kill you. [0:04:09, 0:04:10]: That's all right. [0:04:10, 0:04:12]: Take your time. Thank you. [0:04:40, 0:04:52]: What I'm going to say this afternoon I feel like is very important and it's very relevant. It's gonna take a little bit longer, probably three and a half minutes. What I'm gonna try to do what I can to get this out. Right here, please. [0:04:53, 0:05:13]: Last year, when we were in the midst of a crisis with the deanxation in Stockbridge versus the proposed city of Eagles Landing, Senate Bill 262 and 263, which Governor Nathan Deal later signed, we were asked to call him to show support against the Eagles Landing deannexation. With much prayer, I chose not to make this phone call, but write him in. [0:05:13, 0:05:14]: Yeah. [0:05:14, 0:05:22]: My pen power went into full effect and in a matter of minutes I composed a poem on April the fourth, twenty eighteen at eleven seventeen PM. [0:05:23, 0:05:34]: After fasting for three days, I mailed it to Governor Nathan Dill shortly after I made seven copies and passed them out to the following city officials on april ninth, twenty eighteen at the city council meeting. [0:05:34, 0:05:51]: Anthony S. Ford, Mayor, Randy Knighton, Cindy Manager, Camilla Moore, Assistant City Manager, Vanessa Holliday, City Clerk, Michael Williams, City Attorney, LaQuenda Jackson, Executive, Assistant to Mayor Council, and I myself, [0:05:52, 0:05:53]: Made a copy of this. [0:05:54, 0:05:57]: Last month's work session meeting, april thirtieth, twenty eighteen, [0:05:58, 0:06:00]: It was to me unbelievable. [0:06:01, 0:06:04]: I heard the words unity in the community. [0:06:04, 0:06:05]: Several times. [0:06:06, 0:06:10]: A phrase that I have not ever heard before at these monthly meetings. [0:06:11, 0:06:18]: The irony of this is that it's the same spiritual power phrase I use when I address Governor Nathan Deal in my poem. [0:06:19, 0:06:25]: The shocker was that it came from a council member of one of the council of Stockbridge who [0:06:25, 0:06:27]: that has just taken this and ran with it. [0:06:28, 0:06:30]: Uh for oneself. [0:06:30, 0:06:32]: When I heard this my heart sunk. [0:06:34, 0:06:37]: These seven words best describe how I felt. [0:06:38, 0:06:40]: When I came out of this meeting. [0:06:41, 0:06:42]: I even cried about it. [0:06:43, 0:06:44]: Disappointed. [0:06:45, 0:06:46]: This made [0:06:47, 0:06:48]: Disgusted. [0:06:49, 0:06:50]: Disturbed. [0:06:51, 0:06:52]: Disrespectful. [0:06:52, 0:06:54]: To me, it felt like [0:06:54, 0:06:55]: Disgraceful. [0:06:56, 0:06:57]: And distasteful. [0:06:58, 0:07:00]: It was apparent to me that my poem was copied. [0:07:01, 0:07:03]: It ended up in the hands of whoever. [0:07:04, 0:07:05]: I remember when I was a six grader. [0:07:06, 0:07:08]: At some hour middle school in North Cross, Georgia. [0:07:09, 0:07:12]: My language arts teacher gave us an assignment for a final test grade. [0:07:12, 0:07:15]: Which required that we should write a five paragraph report [0:07:15, 0:07:17]: on a list of nouns that she compiled. [0:07:18, 0:07:20]: I chose to write about flowers. [0:07:20, 0:07:30]: We went to the library to gather our information and instead of writing the author of the book and giving him credit for the words that I copied directly out of the book, I turned the paper in. [0:07:31, 0:07:36]: With a GPA of ninety-nine point seven, I knew I was gonna ace this class. [0:07:36, 0:07:37]: It didn't happen. [0:07:38, 0:07:41]: When I got my paper back, my teacher wrote in red letters. [0:07:42, 0:07:46]: Okay, that's it. I got two. [0:07:46, 0:07:50]: Uh council, are you willing to allow Miss Green to have additional time to finish her statement? [0:07:51, 0:07:52]: Yes. [0:07:53, 0:08:01]: Second okay, she's yes, seconds great. All in favor allowing her have additional time, please indicate. All right, thank you very much. Go ahead. Thank you. I just got one more paragraph. Sure. [0:08:02, 0:08:10]: When I took that class, uh my GPA was 99.7. I knew I was gonna age the class, but it didn't happen. [0:08:10, 0:08:13]: When I got my paper back, my teacher wrote in red letters on my report. [0:08:14, 0:08:15]: The name of the book [0:08:16, 0:08:18]: The author in these words [0:08:18, 0:08:19]: Placerism. [0:08:19, 0:08:29]: I never heard of that. I was a sixth grader. So I rushed home and pulled out my dictionary. And when I read it, I said, oh my goodness, I did this to myself. [0:08:29, 0:08:32]: She put a big fat F on my paper. [0:08:33, 0:08:34]: I was so disappointed. [0:08:35, 0:08:38]: My GPA went down to 79.9. [0:08:39, 0:08:44]: causing me to lose out on being on the A B honor roll for my sixth grade year. [0:08:45, 0:08:50]: The first poem I wrote to myself because I felt like I had did something really bad. [0:08:50, 0:08:53]: With these words if we don't write it. [0:08:54, 0:08:55]: Don't recite it. [0:08:56, 0:08:57]: Just because you took note. [0:08:57, 0:08:59]: Doesn't make it your quote. [0:09:00, 0:09:03]: When one attaches oneself to stake a claim [0:09:03, 0:09:06]: Remember, remember it always comes with a name. [0:09:07, 0:09:09]: What a hard lesson to learn. [0:09:10, 0:09:12]: But I did this to myself. [0:09:12, 0:09:24]: I chose to commit this thing called plagiarism, which is something I didn't understand because I didn't understand it. And my teacher was kind enough to give me an F. She could have flunked me. [0:09:25, 0:09:27]: Amen. But she gave me [0:09:27, 0:09:28]: Uh elf. [0:09:29, 0:09:49]: Since then, I have written over seven powerful poems. Four of them will be featured in a book that's coming out very soon in 2019. I have written short stories. I have written journals. Cheers for chill-inning. Four powerful newspaper articles in the Rockdale Citizen newspaper in Cunnings, Georgia. Three I co-wrote with a report. [0:09:49, 0:09:50]: Yeah. [0:09:51, 0:09:55]: I have also written obituaries for families, eulogies for families. [0:09:56, 0:09:59]: And even for our very own Anthony S. Ford. [0:10:00, 0:10:02]: А каємо ви селен пова понц. [0:10:03, 0:10:07]: That I knew helped to boost him to win his election. [0:10:08, 0:10:16]: I'm not taking all the credit, Mayor, because I know you are a good person and you worked hard to get where you are, but let me have a little slice of the pie. [0:10:17, 0:10:23]: Those points was powerful and they got over 500 views on our Facebook pages. Amen? [0:10:24, 0:10:25]: So my point is [0:10:27, 0:10:29]: If you're gonna put something out like that [0:10:30, 0:10:34]: There's a name that goes with it. I attend a lot of these meetings. [0:10:34, 0:10:36]: Matter of fact, I hardly ever miss a meeting. [0:10:37, 0:10:40]: And so when this came out, I felt deprived. [0:10:41, 0:10:44]: I felt somebody had taken something from me. [0:10:44, 0:10:46]: Because I've never heard this before. [0:10:47, 0:10:48]: I've never heard [0:10:48, 0:10:55]: Unity in the community. I've never heard it. I've heard of it, but it never came out like it came out last at the last meeting. [0:10:56, 0:11:00]: So Mayor Ford, I don't know what it's gonna take to rectify this. [0:11:00, 0:11:20]: But in Jesus' name I pray that something would would be made right out of this. Because again I say it just didn't feel right. Okay. Thank you for your thank y'all for allowing me to speak. Appreciate it. God bless you and thank you for giving me the extra time to to do so. Thank you very much. Thank you so much. And in that public comment. Okay, no further comments. All right. [0:11:20, 0:11:28]: On that note, um old business council consideration to approve a renewal of the city's liability insurance policy. Mr. Knighton, please. [0:11:31, 0:11:45]: Mayor and council, uh you should have a one page summary sheet before you that itemizes the overall um expenditures expected for the renewal of our insurance liability premium. [0:11:53, 0:12:06]: with J. Smith Lanier. Uh the uh as you can see there's a comparison between uh last year's premium and the renewal premium uh cost estimated premium, which is actually slightly lower than [0:12:07, 0:12:26]: uh the previous year uh overall. Uh obviously um that's due to a couple of different things. One, uh we did add some items to our um uh insurance this year, but we also surplused a number of items from our insurance uh as well. And as you can see the cost is about [0:12:26, 0:12:29]: Forty five hundred to five thousand dollars less. [0:12:29, 0:12:32]: We're asking that you would approve this, uh, to [0:12:33, 0:12:34]: Um [0:12:34, 0:12:37]: Uh approve the renewal of our city's liability insurance policy. [0:12:38, 0:12:43]: Uh and we will uh continue to use J. Smith Lanier moving forward. Thank you, sir. [0:12:43, 0:12:47]: Council, you have a motion to accept this uh particular proposal? [0:12:48, 0:13:08]: So moved. All right, is there a second? All right, any further discussion? Yes. Go right ahead, please. Mr. Night, could you talk about I think we've uh we just need uh everybody to understand what a tremendous job the city has been doing taking care of our employees in terms of not racing uh the co the co-pays and what we we bent over backers. [0:13:08, 0:13:28]: Because we take care of our employees here, and that you're st what you're stating here now is that there's actually an overall decrease in the amount that we would be paying. Talk about that a little bit so folks can understand what we do for our employees. Yeah, point of com uh clarification there, Councilman. This is actually liability insurance. Right, right. The liability for the assets that we own. [0:13:27, 0:13:47]: Types of things. The benefit in health insurance is something that we will be discussing with you in the very, very near future. And so that's a different item. This is just strictly the liability insurance to ensure that we go ahead and renew uh and move forward. And as you can see there, this is for commercial automobile, correct, management liability, uh criminal property liability. [0:13:47, 0:13:50]: [831.0, 851.0]: Right. In terms of this particular item, I'm sorry, I had a wrong note I'll add on the wrong notes. In terms of what we did to to impact that. Mm-hmm. Well we we shopped it around, we marketed it and w and uh we went to different brokerages in order to get a better rate, correct? Well we have we have a good company. Uh we think they've done very well and they've [0:14:10, 0:14:30]: They've ensured that while we uh um are fully covered, that we have the best uh price uh possible moving forward. And uh so again, uh some of the items related to some of the assets that we no longer have, some of the surplus items we no longer have helped to make some adjustments in the overall price. [0:14:30, 0:14:33]: All right, thank you. Any further questions from the council? [0:14:33, 0:14:46]: If none, all in favor of the motion, please indicate. Okay, thank you very much. Unanimous. On that note, uh thank you, Council. Council consideration to approve the citywide project manager position, funding source of what says various here. [0:14:46, 0:14:47]: Mr Knighton, please. [0:14:48, 0:15:08]: Yeah, I'll go ahead and present that item. Um this is an item uh for an overall citywide project manager uh that would be responsible for a number of special projects and special needs and overseeing certain uh infrastructure items uh that the uh city may have in the future. This is a budgeted uh item and would [0:15:08, 0:15:22]: Be under the direction of the city manager. We went through an RFP process. There were a number of vendors that did provide submittals. [0:15:22, 0:15:25]: Uh on um this particular item. [0:15:25, 0:15:27]: uh and the evaluation committee [0:15:28, 0:15:40]: Um did rank two firms at the top, Falcon Design and Kek and Wood. Um and to avoid potential conflict of interest, the city's determined that uh Keck and Wood uh would be the appropriate. [0:15:40, 0:15:43]: А ферм гонфорд. [0:15:43, 0:15:48]: Uh I would mention that Falcon Design uh under the current contract has a have a component [0:15:48, 0:15:50]: Of project management. [0:15:50, 0:15:53]: Uh, they are involved in a number of projects that we currently have. [0:15:53, 0:15:59]: And based on the evaluation, we believe that the recommended vendor of Kekin wood for this particular item. [0:16:00, 0:16:01]: uh would be appropriate moving forward. [0:16:02, 0:16:09]: Thank you, sir. Appreciate it. Uh go right, Mr. Blount. I'm only approved to the council on approval of the citywide project management position. [0:16:10, 0:16:14]: Okay. Second. Okay. Any further discussion? Yes. [0:16:14, 0:16:17]: Mr. Mayor? Yes, sir. Yep. Yes, go right, please. [0:16:18, 0:16:20]: Mr. Night, I wanna apologize for not [0:16:22, 0:16:42]: Getting with you normally like I do to ask my questions. Um I I am in favor of the project manager and you and I have discussed this. Um my questions sort of centered around some of the other um entities as far as the management of [0:16:42, 0:16:52]: Splosh uh funds, uh Project Block Grant um initiative, just having someone um [0:16:53, 0:17:04]: on point to make sure for instance as it is stands right now, not having a shovel ready project to receive the block grant funds. And I'm hoping that [0:17:05, 0:17:07]: This company could be in that lane, but [0:17:07, 0:17:27]: That was subtle my concerns and I wanted to try to get with you early so you can explain that a little better, but maybe that may be a concern with many other council members as well. Yeah, this this particular firm, if approved, and operating in the project management capacity would do those types of things. Um potentially uh Splash program management. [0:17:27, 0:17:47]: Potentially CDBG type management, another special project management, they would oversee, making sure that if a project, a project stays on time, stays within budget, is moving appropriately as it should. And so this particular project manager would handle those types of projects to ensure that the project is not a good idea [0:17:47, 0:17:54]: ensure that the city is getting uh the uh oversight that it needs on uh those types of projects. [0:17:56, 0:18:16]: Good. Okay. Any further questions from the council? Well, I did have a firm. Oh, I'll go right ahead. I'm sorry. Well, I I want to sort of ask about grant writing, even though I know we we have a firm now, so I'll just withdraw that and we'll we'll talk later about that. All right. Any further questions from the council? Go write it, please. Yes. Uh in terms of this overall thing uh of uh assistance. [0:18:16, 0:18:36]: Us moving forward with city projects. This position, we've done a very good job, I think, of building the staff up, increasing uh volume. But you all have a tremendous workload, especially in the last two years with the City of Eagles Landing and the litigation and everything. [0:18:36, 0:18:56]: That we got to go through. Talk about a little bit how this is gonna help us manage the capital projects, the SPLOSS projects, because uh we just had a town hall meeting talking about$24 million that we potentially could have on SPLOS 5. So talk about how this position. [0:18:56, 0:19:16]: Is going to help us manage these capital projects like the amphitheater. And I know that they have a component of that, TSW is managing it, but from our side, keeping us on track with this potential youth senior center that we're working on, the cultural arts center. Talk about how this position directs. [0:19:16, 0:19:19]: directly impacts moving those forward and keeping them on time. [0:19:19, 0:19:35]: Well, uh a firm such as uh this one, Kick and Wood, or any other firm that we would provide project management experience has the bandwidth. In other words, they have the resources. They have expertise in engineering and planning and stormwater and utilities. [0:19:35, 0:19:39]: Uh, all of those types of things at their disposal. So they have [0:19:39, 0:19:42]: the ability to to be flexible [0:19:42, 0:20:02]: Um uh for various projects that we might utilize them for. And it does provide some level of relief to the staff to focus on other projects. This again was budgeted something that has been budgeted by the council, and uh we're now uh proposing to bring this project manager on to handle those projects. [0:20:02, 0:20:04]: projects to uh move the city forward. [0:20:04, 0:20:24]: And a follow-up. Okay, go right, please. Uh and Mr. Williams probably legal term. Their fiduciary duty is to the city, correct? Their duty is to protect and be good stewards of the citizens' fund. So those millions of dollars that they're that the city is investing in these projects, their job is to [0:20:24, 0:20:31]: Make sure that they watch every tax dollar that goes out to make sure that they're maximized. Is that correct? That is correct, yes. [0:20:32, 0:20:41]: Okay. You did that, sir? Is that it? Okay. Yeah, go ahead, please, Ms. Blount. Mr. Knight, uh, real quick, uh in approval of this um firm [0:20:41, 0:20:48]: I understand they're gonna be the part of the management, but far as the uh implementing to formulate, where do they fall there? [0:20:49, 0:21:09]: They would provide the oversight. For instance, if there was a project that um had a particular contractor involved in actually constructing a project or implementing a project, they would provide the oversight of that. And depending on the expanse of the project, how large the project is, they would ensure that the subconsultants are are working together. They would ensure [0:21:09, 0:21:29]: That certain um uh phases of the project are coming on as they should. They would ensure that the the funds are being expended as they should, and they would ensure that the project is staying on time and staying on task. They are there to watch out for us uh overall and to ensure that uh the project's monies are being spent and there's [0:21:29, 0:21:30]: spent correctly and properly. [0:21:31, 0:21:38]: Uh mayor, just quick follow up. I I asked that question because I wanted to be clear to everyone that this company is not here to [0:21:39, 0:21:50]: formulate but and or but they're here to manage. Right. The gr they're not the ground roots company to formulate. They're the company that whatever foundation has been laid, they manage that foundation. [0:21:50, 0:21:53]: Is that correct? I think that's that's a that's a good assessment. [0:21:53, 0:22:01]: Okay. I don't know. Any other comments from the council? And if not, all in favor of the motion please indicate. Outstanding unanimous decision. All right. [0:22:01, 0:22:10]: Number six has been moved to discussion, so we'll go to number seven here, council consideration to approve a fire hydrant meter policy and application of fee schedule. Mr Aaron, please. [0:22:16, 0:22:35]: Uh yes, Mr. Mayor. Tonight we come before you to have a formalized policy of how contractors secure and use fire hydrant meters. Currently we have a system in place that is word of mouth, but we like to have something that's in the official City of Stockbridge records as to how a contractor obtains [0:22:35, 0:22:37]: Uh five hydrant meter. [0:22:38, 0:22:58]: Okay. Let me ask you this. Um so this is something obviously we haven't done before in a sense, and this is something other cities our size, other cities, period, just are automatically already do, I'm assuming. Okay, they have to rent a five hydrant meter and apply for that meter so that we can keep track of [0:22:57, 0:23:02]: and make sure that they're being billed correctly for the water that they use. [0:23:03, 0:23:06]: Okay. All right. I know there's some questions I'm I would imagine. [0:23:07, 0:23:27]: Yes, I go right ahead. In terms of now we have a wall or our water department that manages just rightly or strictly in the downtown area. Does this uh apply to'cause I think most of us have Henry County water, does it apply to how the the fire hydrogen we manage to them or it just applies to us or is it [0:23:27, 0:23:37]: city, how does that work? No sir, just the city of Stockbridges water system. The Heron County Water and Sewer Authority have their own policy for five hydrant meters. [0:23:37, 0:23:57]: Okay. Okay, any other questions for the council? Go right ahead, please. Uh Mr. Daish, I thought we already had a system in place for anybody that needs water use from the city that we would go connect, already had that in place. But there's not a formal policy of how the the applicant comes in and applies for that meter. This is a way for us to track [0:23:57, 0:24:10]: and require them to formally come in and apply for it because in the past you've had people that have purchased their own hydrant meter. Okay, so basically this is to solidify the process. Yes. Okay, got you. [0:24:12, 0:24:15]: Okay, if no other questions, I need a I need a motion, please. [0:24:15, 0:24:16]: Yeah. [0:24:16, 0:24:25]: I move that we approve the five hydro meter policy and application and fee schedule second. Second. Okay, second down here. Here down here, Thomas. Okay, any further discussion? [0:24:26, 0:24:40]: I I heard on my right side. I heard from the right side. Okay. All right. Sorry about that. I heard from the right side. Um any further uh comments, questions? All in favor, motion, please indicate. Okay, you now great stuff. Um [0:24:41, 0:25:01]: Council consideration to approve painting of the city's four water uh water towers with the new branding and amount of seventy-six thousand four hundred dollars paid in three installments, an amount of twenty-five thousand four sixty-seven. Funding source would be general fund. Mr. Aaron, please. Yes, Mr. Mayor. Uh we want to start moving forward with some of the branding, implementing those services. [0:25:01, 0:25:10]: services and one of the things uh that's been discussed are the water towers. And so we'd like to move forward with going ahead and getting those with the city's new logo and brand on them. [0:25:11, 0:25:31]: Okay. Any questions for Mr Ern? If not, okay, we'll go right, sir. Um be clear on this is that because we do have a contract with the company to for maintenance and painting and all that. Yes. This would be separate because we're all gonna be painting and putting our new branding on it. So this is why we needed a separate contract so [0:25:31, 0:25:51]: anybody want to come and see that we do have a contract with a company for maintenance, but this is beyond maintenance. This is uh the creating new aesthetics for the uh yes for the towers. The reason why we're doing this is the company bid it on repainting the current logo that's on the tank now. And this is a different logo with a different set of color schemes instead of just one [0:25:51, 0:25:53]: One colour, you got multiple colours, so [0:25:54, 0:25:54]: Yeah. [0:25:55, 0:26:15]: Okay. Any further questions? Mr. Mayor. Yes, sir. Go ahead, please. Just wanted to be clear with the city's uh emblem. So would that go away? The emblem? We're uh replacing the current city of Stockbridge seal that that's on the tanks now with the city of Stockbridge where community connects that that will go on the tanks. So how how large of left [0:26:14, 0:26:25]: veteran would that be because you know the tanks um they up there pretty nice. It will be visible. Okay. You will be able to see it. Okay. Mayor. Exciting. [0:26:25, 0:26:45]: Um I would uh I motion to for the council consideration to approve the painting of the city's four water towers and new branding to be an amount of seventy-six thousand four hundred dollars to be paid. Second I heard down here. Alexander, okay. All right. Motion was made and seconded. Any further discussion? All in favor, please indicate. Outstanding. Okay. [0:26:45, 0:26:46]: Okay. [0:26:47, 0:27:07]: Okay. Council consideration oh excuse me, this is discussion. I'm sorry. Discussion part council cons uh discussion of the parking lot expansion of Rees Creek Trailhead Flip and Row Engineering primarily estimate for prodable cost of construction. Twenty four thousand seven eighty funding source splots. Mr. Aaron, please. Yes, Mr. Mayor. Uh a couple of weeks ago [0:27:07, 0:27:24]: So Mr. Knight and you and I we met at Reed's Creek Trail. There was concerns about the lack of parking at at the trailhead. So you wanted us to bring it back for discussion as to whether we move forward with it now that it's springtime and more people are using the trail or [0:27:24, 0:27:31]: What do we do with it? Do we just set it to the side for in perpetuity or do we move forward with adding the additional spaces? [0:27:32, 0:27:52]: All right, and further discussion on the point that you're absolutely right, we met. I I was looking forward, I know we had this discussion once before entire council, wanted you to bring it back. Have the additional parking spaces there and also look at beautifying and putting the grass there, putting some landscaping back around the all the exercise equipment was also part of my thought process as well. And that's why I wanted you to bring it back for the council to discuss this and hopefully we'll take this. [0:27:52, 0:27:57]: on. Okay? Yes. All right. Now on that note, questions or concerns? Yes. Go write it please. [0:27:57, 0:28:17]: Uh Amor, I'm glad you brought this back up. Um I think the um this estimate here is a lot less than the one that we had seen before, which would be twenty-four thousand dollars. As we did trail alive and we use this um on a regular basis, it's overflow. You have people parking [0:28:17, 0:28:37]: Uh on the grass and in the grassy areas, that's probably what impacted the area around the exercise equipment. Uh we have a very active health and wellness community here. That trail is probably one of our biggest assets that we have, and our citizens use it on a regular basis. Um [0:28:37, 0:28:57]: Unfortunately, it's very difficult to find Memorial Park on the other side. So most of the usage comes out of the flipping road side. And again, I agree with you that we need to move forward with the beautification as well, because this is one of our greatest assets. And one of the things that the property ownership [0:28:57, 0:29:17]: understand is that one of the things that brings value, overall values, are the sidewalks and the trails in the community. Because what they do is as a realtor, speaking on that, that they increase home values because they're one of the number one targets that people look for when they're deciding where to locate. They want to [0:29:16, 0:29:36]: To be next to a connected trail or a sidewalk in a connected community. I think the previous estimate that we gave was a little bit expanded, it was a little inflated. And with this new estimate here, I think we should move forward with it in making sure. [0:29:36, 0:29:47]: that we provide everything that we promise in terms of being a progressive community that's uh all about uh the health and wellness of our citizens. [0:29:47, 0:30:07]: Thank you. Any further comments from the council? Yes, Mayor. Go right, please. Thank you, sir. Okay. What about signage? Um, because a lot of people, again, they it's a beautiful trailhead, beautiful park, but they don't know that it's there. Um, I know we are doing our branding, but I do know that we have the capability of putting up signs. [0:30:07, 0:30:25]: signs um fairly quickly to say that it's there. And that's basically low-hanging fruit. How quickly can we get up signage? Because people are going to Panola Mountain, um, the other different trailheads, because they just didn't know that it was there. [0:30:25, 0:30:45]: Yes, ma'am. We're currently in the process of designing a sign for the Reeds Creek Trail, Trailhead. But also I just want to let you know that this is an estimated cost. This is just a placeholder. It could be more, it could be less when we bid it out, but that's just the engineer's opinion of what the probable cost would be. I don't want anybody [0:30:45, 0:30:56]: to think it's gonna be twenty four, it could be thirty, we don't know until we beat it out. But based on the size of the area and the number of parking space, that's their estimate of what it would cost. [0:30:56, 0:31:16]: Mr. Mayor as a follow up. Yeah, for the right place. Um when I'm saying signage, I'm also indicating when um the when you're coming down the road the right of way. I mean just basic signs that saying that it's you're entering or it's up on the left. Is that not something that our public works you all do [0:31:16, 0:31:32]: Or n don't have the capability of doing signs such as that? We're gonna do something. It's it's gonna be nice. We wanted to to make a statement. When the sign is installed, it'll be one on Flippin' Road and it'll be one at the entrance of the park. Do you have an estimated time frame for that? [0:31:32, 0:31:47]: Well, custom size usually two to four weeks. Okay on the custom size. Thank you. Okay. Mr. Dacious, on on the estimate we have, there's is there a projection of uh how many spaces? It's gonna be ten parking spaces. Ten parking spaces? Yes. [0:31:49, 0:32:05]: Okay, council, any other questions? Okay, the motion has no motion has not been made. Yes, I would like to make a motion to move forward with expansion of this as the mayor recommends. Okay, okay, the second down here. Okay as well. Any further discussion? [0:32:05, 0:32:07]: And if not, all in favor of the motion, please indicate. [0:32:08, 0:32:10]: Opposed? Oh everybody's everybody's in favor? [0:32:10, 0:32:22]: Okay, good deal. Fantastic. Thank you. Thank you, sir. We'll move forward. Uhhuh. And uh now additional discussion, council consideration to approve the Johto Development Standards and Site Plan. Miss Moore, please. [0:32:30, 0:32:37]: Mr. Mayor, this is discussion that we are doing. Yeah, this part yeah, this is yeah, this is discussion. Yes, next is discussion, yes. [0:32:41, 0:32:48]: I don't think we'll have a vote coming out of this. We'll find out from our our project or not our our community director. She'll let us know, right? [0:32:55, 0:32:57]: Is it count out? [0:32:59, 0:33:01]: [1990.2, 1990.5]: Okay. [0:33:20, 0:33:30]: Good evening, Mary and Council. How are you tonight? Evening. Evening to you. Uh staff is gonna give a brief update on what's happening with uh what we call Jodico South right now, which is currently Everly. [0:33:30, 0:33:41]: Um so that you and the public can know a little bit about uh where we are. Uh this project is at the point where we're seeing a lot of movement, so just want to give you an update on [0:33:42, 0:33:46]: What you have looked at and the public have looked at this particular site plan. [0:33:46, 0:33:59]: is the proposed site plan for Jodico South. Our staff has shown you this before. This particular site plan will be attached with the design standards that we bring to you on the 28th. [0:34:00, 0:34:20]: Let's see how we do this. Uh this deals with the commercial piece. Uh and here are the percentages. And I'm gonna go over these a little bit in the next slide. Based on our discussions with the uh owner and the developers of Jodico South, based on what we presented to Mayor and Council, uh, we're going to lock in the site. So, what does that [0:34:20, 0:34:28]: That means? There are actually one, two, three, four, five, six pods as a part of this site. Part A. [0:34:28, 0:34:37]: Is uh 14.7 acres, which is 9% of the site. It is single-family detach, which is 79 lots. [0:34:38, 0:34:58]: Part B is single family attached, it is 15.7 acres, which is 9% of the site, which is 141 lots. Part C is single family detached, is 35.3 acres at 21% of the site of 115 lots. Part D is commercial, which is [0:34:58, 0:35:01]: fifty two point four acres, which is thirty percent of the site. [0:35:01, 0:35:14]: Pod E is multifamily, which is 14.5 acres at 9% of the site, which is 300 units. And Pod F is open green space at 18.1 acres in 11% of the site. [0:35:16, 0:35:16]: Okay. [0:35:17, 0:35:26]: Staff is in the process of working on the uh design standards. We hope to have those completed by Wednesday or Thursday of this week. [0:35:26, 0:35:46]: We will be emailing each of you a copy of the proposed draft for you to look at, which will give you about a week and a half. We'll also be sending those design proposed design standards to the developer and the owner to get their comments back. And at that point in time, staff will ask that we have a meeting with each of you so that we can go over your [0:35:46, 0:35:52]: your comments for the design standards before we bring it to you for final adoption on the twenty eighth. [0:35:55, 0:36:07]: Is that your presentation? Is it on that? Okay, so so uh obviously there probably some questions I'm pretty sure that we can handle right now. You you wanna you wanna take first or go right ahead. [0:36:07, 0:36:27]: Ms. Moore, I I appreciate the excellent work and then uh you discussing it with us, uh counsel. I appreciate you inviting uh me to your office the other day to kind of look at this a bit. As well, I think it is point it's important to note uh from the original setup. [0:36:27, 0:36:47]: for Jodico that there was originally six hundred multifamily units that were approved in the previous uh i uh uh iteration of this particular development. Now as you see on this particular development that as we discussed that has been cut in half. So it went from six hundred down to three hundred. [0:36:47, 0:37:07]: um apartment units and then um the overall spacing and developing of this particular project. Talk about that those changes and then what you talked to me about, which was uh you were just uh and you are expert at what you do, which is uh going to the authorities and deep [0:37:07, 0:37:27]: DC and the Pheneminent experts on setting the best possible design standards, including the multi-use paths, including signage, all the way down to the trash can, and to make sure that this particular development is indeed best in class. [0:37:27, 0:37:42]: uh in every way and then uh go ahead if you would answer them. Um I think uh mayor and council is looking for Jodeco to be a a legacy project. When I got here um it was told to me that citizens and you as elected official they invested a lot of time [0:37:42, 0:38:02]: And what you want this project to look like. And so therefore, staff has spent the energy and the time to make sure that we bring you design guidelines that will withstand the test of time and that the citizens and you as elected officials will be proud to say that Jodico South, whatever the new name is, every whatsoever that day is chosen. [0:38:02, 0:38:22]: To be that 10 to 15 years from now, when you look back at this project, both you and the citizens of Stockbridge will be very proud of this project. Fantastic. Go right ahead. In terms of um, you've you've um been involved in this project and you're uh right there at the table. I know there's only so much that we can share with the public. [0:38:22, 0:38:37]: But talk about um the the overall interest uh in this particular parcel. There was some the rumors out there that project was dead and things weren't happening there. But you're you're seeing action on this project and that it's moving forward, correct? [0:38:37, 0:38:57]: Right, I think uh we've shared with Mayor and Council before that as long as we were in litigations with uh a proposed city of Eagles Landing, uh all interest in Jodico and any other development in Stockbridge died. And that's because in those parcels that could be a part of another jurisdiction, the unknown is why a lot of developers and builders did not. [0:38:57, 0:39:17]: Want to pursue development in those areas that could be in a new jurisdiction. Now that that is over and everyone is clear that this project, as well as others that were in that area, are in the city of Sidebridge. The interest has triple, quadruple. The interest is there, not only in this site, but in all of the parcels that we have this undeveloped and city. [0:39:17, 0:39:24]: There's a huge interest, and we're seeing those applications and requests and requests for meetings that are coming in. [0:39:24, 0:39:44]: All right, fantastic. Any other questions from this side? Yes. Go right, please. Um, just want to thank uh Ms. Moore and staff uh for working so hard. I look forward to sitting down um with the additions that you're gonna be bringing forth to us. Um I just, you know, as when I spoke at the Council for Quality Growth, I basically [0:39:44, 0:40:04]: Told them that you know Stockbridge is open for business. And so we need as residents, we need to spread the word to know that it's a new day and we're ready to move forward. It's gonna be a lot of um developments that are gonna be coming forth that we've been working on, and staff has been working so diligently as well as this council. [0:40:04, 0:40:24]: So we just need our citizens to also get out there, spread the word, and and not only that, participate. Um, we have different events, um, town halls that are gonna be coming up. We have SPLOSS meetings that we've had too. And I will say that, you know, we didn't have a lot of our citizens there, um, but we need to let everyone know they [0:40:24, 0:40:44]: They need to be in attendance because this not only is something led by your elected body and staff, but your input is very well valuable and we need your presence. So if you can definitely make sure that everyone in your communities know that we need you there for your support. [0:40:44, 0:40:58]: because your voice is what we need to hear. But again to staff, um city manager, um, all the way down to um our public works, everybody, thank you so much for working so hard um to bring us where we are now. [0:40:58, 0:40:59]: Yeah, okay. [0:40:59, 0:41:00]: Go right here, please, Ms. Blount. [0:41:01, 0:41:21]: Uh Ms. Moore, um one of the things that was one of the concerns in the community was about pertaining to development was the uh surrounding infrastructure. And when we see things that was going on with the county, that was the biggest concern. What about the infrastructure? Um I want to rest the I want the city of Starbury's residents in the surrounding areas to rest assured. [0:41:21, 0:41:32]: that with this development that we do have an infrastructure um plan in place for this type of development uh with so many residentials and and uh commercials coming in. [0:41:32, 0:41:52]: Absolutely. As a matter of fact, um you um passed impact fees that deals with infrastructure which is down in effect, but every single development, including this, uh the others on Hudson Bridge Road and other areas, all of them are responsible developers are responsible for putting in that infrastructure. So none of that cost will be shared or transferred to [0:41:52, 0:42:02]: to the taxpayers, but all of that will be incumbent upon the developer and the owner to put it in. And it's our responsibility to make sure that that infrastructure is there. [0:42:02, 0:42:21]: So f as a follow-up, so the city of Stockbridge, what we're building here and what we allow to be built, we're not building it, but what's being built here in the in the in the uh commercial and the and and the um um the with the commercial and the residence that the city of Stockbridge has it with the impact fees that's gonna be implemented. [0:42:21, 0:42:31]: That there is an infrastructure development plan can be put in place to relieve traffic. That's correct. As a matter of fact, um just wanted to add that plans are being submitted, so I don't want the [0:42:31, 0:42:51]: Public to think that we're just showing you pictures. Uh plans for Jodico South has are currently and some have been submitted already. And we've started the plan review on infrastructure and other projects that are waiting for Mayor and Council to execute the design standards and the agreement. So, but there will be no cost at this. [0:42:51, 0:43:11]: This point in time, or should there ever be, regarding any development such as this, the burden is on the developer. And just one last note, Mayor, as I share it with Councilman Alexander, as we move forward on this side and others, we enter into a confidentiality agreement with these developers in terms of tenants who will be coming into these. [0:43:11, 0:43:31]: particular parcels and what they've asked us to do is that when they tell us that certain tenants are interested in coming that we not disclose that to the public until those contracts have been signed. So I just want to share that with you. So when the information comes it's not that I'm withholding it from you. It's just that you know we have [0:43:31, 0:43:51]: Have to decide at what point based on the signed agreement that we say we would not share because we don't want any of the deals spooked, right? We want them to be able to work out those negotiations and sign those contracts. But once those contracts have been signed by the restaurants, by the retailers, by the entertainment folks, all those folks who say they [0:43:51, 0:43:57]: wanna come, then we'll be free to release those individual company names to you first and then to the public. [0:43:58, 0:44:11]: Oh thank you. Any questions any more questions on this side? Good. Anybody else on this side? One more. You got another one. Okay. Is is there is there a potential groundbreaking here any time that we might be able to look forward to over the summer? [0:44:11, 0:44:17]: Uh yes, I think Jodico South, the last time we talked is looking for a groundbreaking, hopefully in August. [0:44:17, 0:44:20]: Thank you so much. [0:44:20, 0:44:40]: So this is discussion, not the just information for us of tonight, but you're gonna come back with some additional uh standards for us to review or approve, I guess approve could be. On the twentieth, we're gonna bring for you to solidify this site plan and the design standards that speak to every element of how this site will be developed. [0:44:40, 0:45:00]: Okay. In a contract form so that we can move forward and so that then the developer and owner can then enter into an agreement with the tenants who are desiring to come into the spaces. Got it. Good deal. Thank you. Mayor Ford. Yes, ma'am. I was just gonna ask part of what you just said, Camilla, to restate the timeline because we missed the deadline for the twenty eighth meeting. [0:45:00, 0:45:20]: As we thought it was gonna be brought forward tonight, but it's been moved. But uh but your meeting with the council, I just wanna make sure that that falls within to make sure that we we can always amend the agenda. I'm pretty sure we'll amend the agenda to add it in there once you have conversations with the council. We'll just simply amend the agenda. No, I mean your meetings with the uh make sure we get those. Oh yeah, we'll we'll I'm pretty sure. [0:45:20, 0:45:26]: So we'll have to work through that process. I'm pretty sure the council will be more than willing to sit down and get more information prior to the meeting on this. [0:45:27, 0:45:29]: I would think they'll cooperate wholeheartedly. [0:45:30, 0:45:31]: Okay. Okay. [0:45:33, 0:45:43]: Okay, okay. That that's it, ma'am? Yes, sir. Okay. On that note, uh comments from you, sir, uh city manager. And do you need the time uh go to the clock please? I don't think it'll take three minutes, but [0:45:44, 0:45:51]: Uh Mayor and uh Council, we certainly uh appreciate um great work of the staff as always. Um we've got um [0:45:51, 0:45:55]: the um yeah inclusive pre playground [0:45:55, 0:46:01]: foundation out at uh Memorial Park that been worked on and we're doing some things at Gardner Park as well that we'll continue to work forward on. [0:46:02, 0:46:22]: as well with our parks um projects. Obviously our parks are well used, well liked. Obviously we have food truck tasty Tuesday tomorrow and look forward to that. And also of course the Jodico project. There's a lot of work that's been uh put into this project behind the scenes with staff people and also those who are proposing the project as well. [0:46:22, 0:46:33]: So we appreciate uh their cooperation in seeking to move the project forward. And we look forward to exciting things to come uh here in the city of Stockbridge. Thank you. Thank you, sir. Appreciate it. [0:46:34, 0:46:38]: Madam Clerk, you have nothing? Okay. Uh could we restart the clock, please? [0:46:41, 0:46:43]: Uh Mr Thomas, please, sir. Thank you, Mayor. [0:46:44, 0:46:49]: I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all those that came out [0:46:50, 0:46:54]: uh to assist in the memorial cemetery cleanup. [0:46:54, 0:47:07]: um the Boy Scouts, other service organizations. Wanna thank Mrs. Uh Jackson for all her assistance and making sure that um everything was on point. [0:47:08, 0:47:20]: Wanna thank you for that. Um for getting up early Saturday morning and and coming out, even though we thought it was gonna rain and um but you know we got it done. Uh just wanna thank everyone for that. [0:47:21, 0:47:21]: Mm-hmm. [0:47:22, 0:47:28]: Also want to invite everyone out to on Saturday, May the eighteenth. [0:47:29, 0:47:34]: Excuse me. I got a little wet over the weekend, so I'm a little [0:47:34, 0:47:37]: Got a little frog sort of going on, but [0:47:38, 0:47:50]: I do want to invite everyone out Saturday to the eleventh annual Carame Hambrick Um community celebration, honoring the life and legacy of Mrs. Carameh Hambrick. [0:47:50, 0:47:53]: Uh, also during that time. [0:47:53, 0:47:59]: Um there will be um an an historic marker unveiling. [0:47:59, 0:48:01]: In honor of Mrs. Hambrick. [0:48:01, 0:48:05]: the recognizing the greenfront cafe [0:48:05, 0:48:09]: uh as a landmark uh in the site of stockbridge [0:48:10, 0:48:15]: And that is s this Saturday, May the eighteenth. [0:48:15, 0:48:16]: Uh at one o'clock. [0:48:16, 0:48:19]: We're starting at Trinity United Methodist Church. [0:48:19, 0:48:21]: For the commemorative service. [0:48:22, 0:48:23]: We ask you please come out. [0:48:24, 0:48:27]: Everything is free. And and just let me state that [0:48:29, 0:48:30]: Mrs. Hamburg. [0:48:32, 0:48:36]: was a true servant. Last week we recognized public servant. [0:48:37, 0:48:38]: Um [0:48:38, 0:48:50]: Miss Hammer was not an elected official, but she served others, and that's important regardless of where you are. Uh and she [0:48:51, 0:48:55]: was in that lane and she served others very well. [0:48:55, 0:48:57]: The unveiling [0:48:57, 0:49:03]: Uh as we enter into next week, next week is historic preservation week. [0:49:03, 0:49:05]: And it's it's fitting. [0:49:05, 0:49:06]: That we will [0:49:07, 0:49:16]: uh recognize the Greenfront Cafe for what it stood for in the community as uh Hittsville, USA and Detroit stood [0:49:16, 0:49:24]: For that purpose, the Green Front Cafe stood for that uh in the city of Stockbridge and as well as Henry County. [0:49:25, 0:49:27]: So again, just like to invite you all out for that. [0:49:27, 0:49:43]: The uh unveiling take place at two thirty. The commemorative uh services start at one at Trinity United Methodist Church. Uh the streets are blocked off. Um you have to get there early for parking. Thank you. [0:49:47, 0:49:49]: Mr. Potem Blount, go ahead, sir, please. [0:49:49, 0:50:09]: Yeah, I just want to say that I believe that we're in some exciting times right now for the city of Stockbridge. Uh my tenure here, we've seen I've seen us come through several and several battles that was that could have been detriment to the city, but we we stood forward and we stood fast and we're we're at this point where we are today, which is really exciting because we have a amphitheater that's about to go [0:50:09, 0:50:29]: And we're looking forward to doing a cultural arts center, youth center, and a senior center here in the city of Stockbridge, along with other things that you've all heard today pertaining to Jody Co. South. Um Stockbridge is an exciting place to live. I thank you all to you all for coming out tonight and hopefully [0:50:29, 0:50:39]: this room will be more uh filled the next time because people really need to get involved and know what's going on with the city. Uh we have so much going on and we just want everybody to be a part of. So thanks for coming. [0:50:43, 0:50:44]: Councilwoman Gantt. [0:50:47, 0:51:07]: Real short, happy belated birth happy belated mother's day to all of you mothers out here and a happy birthday to Mayor Pro Tem Blount. I usually don't get a chance to say that, but it actually falls on today, so I wanted to wish you that. Um Stockbridge is truly where community connects. Thank you guys so much for being [0:51:06, 0:51:11]: Being here and being present, my door is always open. So thank you. [0:51:17, 0:51:24]: Hello everyone, and then thank you all for tuning in and coming out. How many of y'all are here for the Jodico project tonight? Raise your hand. [0:51:27, 0:51:42]: Thank you. You have support. We we we want to endeavor to move this project forward because you for you. Why? Because you deserve it. When I took this seat in office the fur one even before then. [0:51:42, 0:52:02]: You all share some of the same things and concerns that I said. I'm tired of driving the buckhead and North Atlanta and for entertainment, for dinner, for lunch, for everything. Our community deserves these types of projects. And with your support, they will continue to move forward because [0:52:02, 0:52:22]: we deserve what we we deserve quality projects. I'm glad the staff made that a point of view that it was going to be best in class because when developers come to us or tenants and they have a Class B project or C project, that's not going to cut the mustard anymore. [0:52:22, 0:52:42]: Gonna be class A, it's gonna be best in class because that's what you deserve. And thank you all for continuing to support that. And speak up, speak out loudly to make sure that folks understand that you support this project because you understand that we're moving in the right direction, because there are gonna be communities that stand [0:52:42, 0:53:02]: Stand still, those are gonna be the communities that are left behind. This is not gonna be one of those communities that's left behind. I had someone approach me earlier to talk about jobs. This will have this particular development will offer that opportunity to have those types of jobs with some Class A office space. [0:53:02, 0:53:11]: uh that will be available uh along in this d uh that will attract that kind of development. It will have fiber optic at its base in order to be able to compete. [0:53:11, 0:53:13]: For those the that technology [0:53:14, 0:53:17]: uh and quality professional services type jobs. [0:53:17, 0:53:37]: I wanna let you know that we've heard your concerns about right-of-way grass cutting. It's extremely important that we cut the grass and that you look that it looks like we're in the city. And we've uh in endeavored to do that. We're looking at bringing in some uh contractors to supplement what we particularly have. [0:53:37, 0:53:57]: Not particularly happy with how we got started, but we're gonna catch up and we're gonna do the right thing. And the city manager has pledged that that's what was going to happen. Um Keepstock Bridge beautiful. We commit it. If you drove down Highway 138, hopefully you saw a difference in the last week. The grass was cut over there. [0:53:57, 0:54:17]: We moved out, we moved all the illegal signs. Well, we even had a volunteer to edge it because we are raising the level of what we should expect in this particular community. So this post-Equals landing area, the community is booming. It came anyway. We didn't need to change it. [0:54:17, 0:54:19]: the name of the city, it came anyway. [0:54:23, 0:54:43]: Councilwoman Robinson, go ahead, please. All right, thank you, Mayor. Um, again, I want to say thank you to everyone for coming out. Um, your input is very important. Um, I actually missed our video in reference to why I serve, but I just want to thank everyone for the opportunity to serve. I not only represent Stockbridge, but also represent five. [0:54:43, 0:55:03]: So we have a seat at the table here in Stockbridge, and it's opportunities for us to actually grow. So I just want to say that I actually am strictly. [0:55:03, 0:55:12]: Starting a teen ambassadors program. So there's some flyers out. So if you know any rising 10th, 11th, or 12th graders that would like to be afforded the opportunity. [0:55:12, 0:55:27]: To learn about their local government, please share that with them. Also, I just want to also share that our legislative house delegation and also our senator, who is Senator Emmanuel Jones, they are having a town hall. [0:55:27, 0:55:47]: this evening. So if you are available and can please go to Fair um Fairview Recreation Center. It is tonight from 630 to 830. They're giving legislative updates so that way you can have more information. And again, you still have time because that is from 630 to 830 at the Fairview Record. [0:55:47, 0:56:02]: Recreation Center. Um a lot has happened and I know with um through the legislative down at the Capitol, we need to be informed and we need to be engaged. So if you can please do that, it would be great. And I know we're gonna have one here as well, our Senator. [0:56:03, 0:56:23]: Um Emmanuel Jones Jones and Senator Brian Strickland. They're going to show how we're going to be unified moving forward to take our city even higher. So we're going to be having that town hall with them in the next couple of months. So please follow your city webpage, all the social media so that way you'll [0:56:23, 0:56:28]: exactly know exactly what's going on within your community. [0:57:02, 0:57:10]: and continue to strive to get more education as time goes on. Um yes, the city of Stockbridge is moving forward. [0:57:10, 0:57:28]: You're gonna be very proud of what your legislative government's doing and and you will we have a seat at the table to discuss those things with us as we continue to do great things. Uh the city's gonna even be greater than it is today as it continues on and uh through twenty nineteen and through our centennial next year at two thousand twenty. [0:57:29, 0:57:31]: I can't wait for that one hundred year celebration. [0:57:31, 0:57:32]: Can you? [0:57:32, 0:57:40]: All right, we're gonna party hardy. Have a great time.
