PRESENTATION 2 Council consideration for 2025 Audit Report Approval. - Presented by: Frank Milazi NEW BUSINESS 3 Council Consideration to approve the first (1st) of four (4) one-year renewal options for Request for Proposals No. 2025-0007 with Crabapple Landscape Experts, Right-of-Way Maintenance and Other Services for the term of January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027 in the amount of $197,040.00. Council approved the award through Resolution R25-1851. Funding Source: Account Number 100-42200-522000 (ROW Maintenance) in the Public Works budget. - Presented by: Decius Aaron 4 Council consideration to approve the contract with Dianna Hunt & Associates, Inc. to provide acquisition services for approximately 52 parcels in connection Page | 3 with the Neighborhood Legacy Project right-of-way acquisitions in the amount of $140,400.00.
