Let’s start with Richard Hyde. Richard was an investigative news TV Producer at WAGA. In the time span he was there. It’s highly likely he was Richard Belcher’s producer. On Saturday the 12th, even while Hyde was in the middle of impeaching himself. His ex-employee, Belcher says to me, “Well, it sounds like you’ve got your mind made up that it is an organized conspiracy of silence. I’m doubtful. I did this a very long time and have never seen an organized conspiracy to quash a significant story. What I think you miss is low staffing and lack of interest in local government. Try to get a cup of coffee with Reed Williams.”

Gino Brogdon hasn’t been a judge in 20 years. He did have a TV show. It was called “Personal Injury Court.” That show was produced by Gary Martin Hays. Yes, the same ambulance chaser that Monica Kaufman-Pearson has croned at you about from the constantly-on TV in your living room for the past 20 years. I’ll leave it to the reader to look up clips of that show if you want. I characterize it as I do all those shows. A mockery of justice designed to pre-dispose your behavior to their version of normal. That is how all procedural lawyer and police drama television works. It’s why you say yes sir to the police, and I call them fuckers, and sue them, and win.
The important part about Brogdon is you can connect him and Quinton Washington, city attorney to the same people at WSBTV.
I don’t know what you saw. What I saw should have been an ethics complaint, $2000 paid back (which he had already done, in part), a $1000 fine & a censure. What happened in actuality. They grilled a young gay kid with texts about flirting until he cried. Now, what we don’t know. Who’s hands that phone was in when the alter party sent those texts. Because in this show trial, the alleged sender of those texts was not present. Without that witness there to question whether or not he sent those texts. There was no guarantee or provenance that that individual sent those SMS messages.
We’re talking about a person at some point in custody for burglary. How long did the police have that phone? If all parties are adults. And the alter party didn’t make an ethics board complaint. Then why was Detective Ramclam writing police reports about a private conversation between adults, no matter the context. Why weren’t these witnesses produced. Would Judge Veal have let what we saw happen without the witness present to examine, cross & redirect?
I know for damn sure Charles Pannell, Jr. would not. My burden to prove Clowdus said what she wrote in the police report in court took two years. There was no reason, and it was done on purpose by Shana Thornton & Quinton, to drag this so hard through the mud. I say it was merely because he is different to them, they went as hard as they could to destroy Jayden’s reputation. Think about it. Ford lost. Jones lost. Strickland is going to lose. They’re panicking and just made a huge body of mistakes in their rush. I hope Mayor Williams can action on the libel, slander, defamation and intimidation. I know firsthand, that’s asking quite alot of any person.
