[0:15:27, 0:15:31]: See attorney, can we amend an agenda once it's adopted? I'm asking the attorney. [0:15:40, 0:15:58]: To amend. Yes. Okay. Go ahead, sir. What's your amendment? We're gonna amend the agenda to add this to uh the lease rate name change uh tonight and um for a vote we've had the debate already and certainly we're gonna put it on as a vote tonight. [0:15:59, 0:16:02]: All right. Elite Street name change. There's a motion. Is there a second? [0:16:04, 0:16:05]: A second. [0:16:07, 0:16:08]: Second. All right. [0:16:12, 0:16:15]: Uh I have a motion and a second. Is there any discussion? [0:16:16, 0:16:36]: Um Mayor. Yes, Mayor. Um, this is within the district that I represent. This is not a priority of City Council District 4, although I know that um staff mentioned that they needed more time to uh notify residents who are affected by [0:16:36, 0:16:37]: Yeah. [0:16:38, 0:16:42]: I think it is best that we have a full discussion. [0:16:43, 0:16:45]: At our retreat in March. [0:16:45, 0:16:49]: So that we don't waste time tonight just talking about it. [0:16:50, 0:16:54]: Yes, ma'am. So I don't support adding this item to the agenda tonight, sorry. [0:16:54, 0:17:01]: Yes, ma'am, there's a motion and a second to add the Lee Street name change to tonight's agenda. All those in favor? [0:17:02, 0:17:05]: Comment can can we have the discussion tonight? [0:17:05, 0:17:12]: I believe we've already had the discussion. I think staff was preparing something to bring back to us um with some of the questions that council had on it. [0:17:13, 0:17:17]: But I don't think our city manager is here to address yes, sir. [0:17:19, 0:17:20]: Go ahead, sir. Mr. Attorney. [0:17:26, 0:17:38]: And correct me whether I'm wrong, Mr. Malazi. I thought that March ninth we were looking at it. Was that March ninth? I th I thought that's what we're looking at, but it right now it's a motion to add it to tonight's agenda. So we can just go, we'll just proceed with the vote. [0:17:39, 0:17:43]: I I thought that was the understanding that I thought we had internally, yes. Okay. [0:17:48, 0:17:50]: The public hearing process is what he was talking about. [0:17:52, 0:18:03]: That item is going through the public hearing process. We sent the the notifications out to the sixteen affected property owners and we placed the ad in the um in the Herald. Uh we advertised for March ninth. [0:18:04, 0:18:09]: Yes, sir. Thank you. Oh we have to give fifteen days fifteen day uh waiting period. [0:18:09, 0:18:29]: Yes, sir. Thank you so much. I have a motion and a second on the floor. I I I removed to remove the item that was not communicated to us. I'm not sure why that wasn't communicated to us. Because uh I didn't know that we had to take it through that process. So I'm gonna remove I'm going to withdraw my motion. Very good. Thank you. [0:18:29, 0:18:34]: Thank you, sir. Motion withdraw. Next up is the public comments. Madam Clerk, do we have any public comments? [0:18:43, 0:18:47]: We have three public comments. The first one, Mr. Jack Pope Junior. [0:18:51, 0:18:54]: Please come up to the podium, state your name and address, please. [0:18:56, 0:19:16]: And while he does that, all persons wish to speak for public comments must sign in with the clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting. You must sign your name, address, and phone number. You'll be able to address the mayor and council for three minutes. Speakers must respect all members of the elected body, officials, and staff. Defamation, unruliness, or swearing will not be tolerated while meetings are in session. Go ahead, sir. [0:19:18, 0:19:31]: Hello, how y'all doing today? Good, how you doing? All right, my name is Jack Pope Jr. Pull the mic over a little bit. My name is Jack Pope Jr. Live at 115D. And today we got this on our mailbox. [0:19:33, 0:19:35]: I guess it's a proposal to uh [0:19:35, 0:19:38]: Rock quarry, run it through our street. [0:19:39, 0:19:42]: On this map it looked like it's coming right up our street. [0:19:43, 0:19:49]: That street divol what I live on is probably been a dead end street for over fifty years. [0:19:51, 0:19:52]: That's what it looked like on here, sir. [0:19:54, 0:20:08]: Sir sir, you have to just say your your information and then we'll come back. Okay. All right. Well that was my grievance that this what was on my mailbox, the route of the road shows that it's coming up our street. [0:20:09, 0:20:12]: dropping back off into East Atlanta Road. [0:20:12, 0:20:25]: And this the first time we ever seen it, heard of it. That's why a lot of my neighbors are here because we haven't seen this before, heard of it. And that's all I got to say and the rest of them explain a little further. Thank you. [0:20:27, 0:20:28]: Thank you for your time. [0:20:31, 0:20:35]: Public comment is Donna and Tony Barge. [0:20:37, 0:20:39]: Yeah, that's right. [0:20:42, 0:20:45]: So [0:20:47, 0:20:58]: So are you saying that uh this Rock Quarry extension is not gonna come down Duval Drive? Ma'am, please state your name. I'm sorry, Donna Barge, one twenty two, Duval Drive. [0:20:59, 0:21:01]: And is that what you're saying? [0:21:03, 0:21:08]: State all your comments at one time, yeah. Okay, well, like mister Pope said. [0:21:08, 0:21:13]: This shows the Rock Quarry extension coming right down our road. [0:21:13, 0:21:21]: Um, dumping into what? I guess East Atlanta Road. So and you're saying that's not happening. [0:21:22, 0:21:24]: So what is the plan? [0:21:27, 0:21:30]: You have to finish your comments, ma'am, and then we'll address at the end. [0:21:30, 0:21:32]: Those are my comments. What is the plan? [0:21:35, 0:21:46]: Yes, ma'am. Uh ma'am, I'm your city council district representative. This is an item that the council will be discussing tonight. It is item number [0:21:47, 0:21:49]: Three. [0:21:49, 0:21:53]: Right now our agenda is just for public comments. [0:21:54, 0:21:57]: Вічвайна гетти не ансерз фронта. [0:21:57, 0:21:59]: Because we haven't discussed it just yet. [0:22:00, 0:22:01]: I am surprised though that [0:22:02, 0:22:03]: Was that map [0:22:04, 0:22:09]: Placed on your mailbox or was it mailed to you? On my door. Okay, that's [0:22:10, 0:22:20]: Mail go out to do. So we have the community development director here. Um Mr. Ryan Anderson will be able to uh share some insight into [0:22:20, 0:22:22]: Who may have put that on your door or [0:22:22, 0:22:27]: what the intentions were, but you'll get more details about this particular project. [0:22:27, 0:22:30]: tonight as we're discussing it is in fact [0:22:30, 0:22:31]: The next item. [0:22:31, 0:22:33]: After we're done with public comments. [0:22:34, 0:22:37]: Okay, because it seems like public comments may be a little too early. [0:22:38, 0:22:48]: Because it refers to this item on the agenda. I don't care who put it on my mailbox. I don't care who put it on my door. The issue is what's going on. [0:22:50, 0:22:52]: And I'm trying to be respectful, but what's going on? [0:22:53, 0:23:11]: Yes, ma'am. So during when we get to new one second, ma'am. When we get to new business, um community development will do a full presentation. At that time we'll ask any questions at that time. And if you have questions right now during your public comments, we're gonna write them down as we've been doing anyway, and then we can bring those questions back up if they're not answered when he does his presentation. [0:23:12, 0:23:17]: Okay, so we get a chance to get answers right now. Yes, ma'am during the presentation. [0:23:17, 0:23:19]: Sounds good. Thank you. Yes, Mayor. [0:23:21, 0:23:24]: Is there any more cup public comments, Madam Clerk? Thank you for your comments. [0:23:25, 0:23:27]: Yes, we have uh Mr. Mark Dobbs. [0:23:30, 0:23:33]: Mr Mark, please come up and say your name and address. [0:23:39, 0:23:46]: My name is Mark Dobbs. I own one nineteen Duval Drive. I do wanna say this, I wasn't allowed to bring any water in here. [0:23:47, 0:23:59]: I see everybody's enjoying water and the young lady here said that there was no water available to the speaking those people that came in to speak. So y'all might want to look at that. Um I've lived on Duval Drive for fifty years. [0:24:00, 0:24:01]: And uh [0:24:02, 0:24:19]: Uh a lot of my neighbors have lived on Duval Drive. Congratulations again, Mr. Williams, by the way. A lot of my neighbors have lived on Duval Drive for decades. And the quality of life on Duval Drive is really the fact that it is the best kept secret in Stockbridge. It's on a little cul-de-sac road. The road is so narrow. [0:24:20, 0:24:36]: that the double yellow line doesn't go all the way down the road. So I don't yeah, it stops about halfway down the road. So I don't know what the plan is. On the only thing I've seen of this is what was stuck on my front door. And I'm really curious to see what the presentation is gonna look like. [0:24:37, 0:24:44]: They've been talking about extending Rock Warrior Road for the by the last 25 years. And it's always been to go down past Miss. [0:24:44, 0:24:51]: Sam's property and and route through the city property and meet um Valley Hill. [0:24:51, 0:25:04]: It was never that w nobody n none of these property owners have ever seen anything that would just bring it straight up Duval Drive. It is a it is a quiet little street. It's a qual again, a quality of life issue. It's a it's a uh um [0:25:05, 0:25:21]: domestic tranquility issue. You got small children on this street. Uh you've got the house next door to me is under contract um with small children. The people I think who are buying this house don't know anything about this. And it's just it [0:25:22, 0:25:25]: It it it just it lands kind of lame that that [0:25:25, 0:25:42]: a flyer lands on our, you know, some phantom hangs a flyer on the door or on the mailbox saying, you got two hours to get to City Hall and let them know, even though you own you people own all this property, that this is being done whether you like it or not. So I'm really curious to see what the presentation is gonna look like. [0:25:43, 0:25:49]: And again, the the the road is not wide enough to even support a WL line. So [0:25:49, 0:25:51]: Yeah, I'm looking forward to seeing what [0:25:52, 0:26:07]: the presentation is and I hope to God that it's not it's not gonna go with my doval dry. Like I said, I've lived there since nineteen seventy seven. And this is just a absolutely gonna upend the the the quality of life that that all of us have known for decades. So I would just hope it you know, I would just hope that [0:26:08, 0:26:27]: It's it it it wasn't necessary twenty-five years ago when they first started talking about it, before you were born, but when they first started talking about it, it's not necessary now. Uh when when the when the the idea of building the town home uh for Mr. Sylvain up the street, uh the the the the the issue was raised about traffic. [0:26:28, 0:26:34]: And we were assured that the new lane expenditure at the fountain was going to alleviate [0:26:34, 0:26:45]: that traffic. Well this is not gonna do anything except just b bottleneck and that that it my time up? Yes sir. Okay. Well looking forward to the presentation. [0:26:45, 0:26:55]: Yes sir. Thank you for your time. And did you want a water? Yeah, I think that's there any more public comments? [0:26:57, 0:27:16]: Be more public comment. Thank you, ma'am. Council, before the meeting, I did the official swearing in for one member to the youth council advisory and one member to our citywide development authority board. So congratulations again to Ms. Board Member Johnson and Board Member Tazel. At this time, Council, I will accept a motion to go into executive session. [0:27:18, 0:27:19]: So [0:27:19, 0:27:21]: All right, I have a motion. Is there a second? [0:27:25, 0:27:27]: There was an executive session. [0:27:27, 0:27:30]: Yeah, it was on the agenda and [0:27:30, 0:27:31]: Mm-hmm. [0:27:32, 0:27:38]: To have uh Angela Robinson to come talk about attention. [0:27:39, 0:27:51]: So all right, there's a motion and a second. All those in favor, please indicate by the sound of I. Yes, ma'am. Um traditionally we've had executive session towards the end of the meeting. [0:27:52, 0:27:54]: Since we have a number of homeowners. [0:27:55, 0:27:55]: Who are [0:27:56, 0:27:57]: Questioning. [0:27:58, 0:27:59]: And have concerns regarding [0:28:00, 0:28:02]: The Rock Quarry Road extension project. [0:28:03, 0:28:05]: It is only fair and right. [0:28:06, 0:28:08]: Да ви континю ви адженда. [0:28:09, 0:28:12]: as it normally is. I don't know how or why. [0:28:12, 0:28:13]: Executive session. [0:28:13, 0:28:16]: is now being conducted at the beginning of the meetings. [0:28:17, 0:28:21]: But I want to suggest that we continue having executive session. [0:28:22, 0:28:23]: After we [0:28:24, 0:28:28]: Discuss all old business, new business, presentation. [0:28:28, 0:28:30]: At the end of the meeting. [0:28:30, 0:28:32]: It is not right for them to just sit here. [0:28:32, 0:28:42]: waiting for us to discuss whatever we're gonna discuss in executive session for however long. So no, I don't support going into executive session right now. Sorry. [0:28:43, 0:29:03]: Yes, but Councilman, I concur with you. And this was the agenda that our amazing staff and city manager constructed for us. But again, this is our meeting. So if Councilman Berry wants to rescind his motion to address, he can. Based off you know that statement, I agree with you wholeheartedly that it should probably be moved to the end. So uh let's let's go ahead and and rescind that. [0:29:02, 0:29:15]: That so we can get everything squared away. So I have a motion to move executive session now to uh right above the mayor's comments after new business. There's a motion, is there a second? Yes, ma'am. [0:29:17, 0:29:17]: He rescinded it. [0:29:21, 0:29:24]: For executive session, it was Councilman Bear, he rescinded it. [0:29:24, 0:29:26]: I have a question from legal. [0:29:27, 0:29:33]: So is there a reason was there time a time that Miss Norris had reserved we have at that time? [0:29:35, 0:29:36]: Come to the mic for me, attorney. [0:29:39, 0:29:59]: The bulk of the discussion about all the stuff that we wanted to do was going to be probably the largest part of the meeting. And so that's why we were having her come so y'all would have that understanding if there was any action actions that you all needed from that that take place after that. To deal with what we're dealing with the agenda tonight, some of that'll be included too. Some of the [0:29:59, 0:30:04]: This is going to be all only a discussion about all the property stuff that you all wanna discuss. [0:30:04, 0:30:17]: So it's nothing on the current agenda? Okay. So I have a motion on the floors in a second. All those in favor to move executive session back to the bottom right above mayor's comments, please indicate by the sound of I. Yeah. Any oppos? [0:30:19, 0:30:21]: Any opposed? [0:30:21, 0:30:22]: [1823.3, 1827.3]: Councilman Worship Mayor Pro Tin, what's your vote? I just want to understand what you said. [0:30:32, 0:30:52]: All right. Okay, I'll say I'm sorry. I just wanted to understand where we are. We're moving so quickly here so you don't have a problem with it, because it's your item. Okay, so four to zero. We'll move executive session back down right above mayor's comments. At this time, council, we move on to new business. Council consideration to approve task force order number twenty twenty. [0:30:52, 0:30:59]: 25.16 with Falcon preliminary design for the Rock Cory Road expansion presented by Mr. Aaron. Please. [0:31:04, 0:31:12]: Good evening, Mr. Mayor and Council. Uh we have Mr. Adam Price here with Falcon Design. He'll give a presentation. And [0:31:13, 0:31:33]: Previously, when we discussed the Rockquarry Road extension, there were several options, but City Council was adamant about not disrupting any families or any homes. So the preferred route is from North Henry Boulevard to terminating at uh old Conyers Road. [0:31:33, 0:31:50]: Road. That is the route. That is the route that council agreed on and that's the route that we will be pursuing. It will not go down Duvall Drive, it will go to Old Conyers Road. Thank you. And before you step over, Mayor Purchase, I might have questions. [0:31:52, 0:32:12]: We've been talking about this project for years now, right? And we've been trying to decide which projects to prioritize. Uh it was Miss Barber that insisted that this go on the agenda because none of us have done so. We haven't even voted on it. So how is it that this project got moved up to where it is? [0:32:12, 0:32:32]: Because none of us have voted to make it a priority at this point, except for Ms. Barber constantly chirping that she wanted on the agenda. So how did it get moved to this point? It this is a piece. Mr. Aaron, one second. Count Mayor Proten, please respect all council members on this DS. Thank you so much. Excuse me. [0:32:32, 0:32:43]: Don't do that. You you gotta respect. Don't do that. We're gonna respect. Please don't do that. We're going to don't do that. Don't don't do that. Mr Aaron I'm talking to Mr. Aaron. Mr Aaron. Go ahead, sir. [0:32:44, 0:33:04]: This is w is one of the T splotch projects. We already have funding for it. It is low-hanging fruit. We just gonna do a design for the roadway so we'll have a shovel ready project so that when you pursue funding, it's gonna be federal combination, federal, state, and other dollars that you would have the plans already for that price. [0:33:04, 0:33:24]: Two million dollars is nearly not enough to build this project, but it's enough to get your shovel ready project so that you can pursue funding to build this road. Right. I I I do understand that I'm talking to Mr. Aaron, not to any council members, mayor. I have not called on any council member. Now tonight, what I was saying to you is that we have a retreat next week. [0:33:24, 0:33:44]: Right? We as council have not voted to move the East Atlanta Road Project to the top of the list. No one has even mentioned it besides Councilwoman Barber constantly remedi repeating it at this meeting. Now, today, a citizen unbeknownst to us has gone and put out all of this information. [0:33:44, 0:34:04]: Misinformation on the residents' doors because they heard that this was going to be on the agenda, un unfortunately attracting all these individuals to come up here tonight. But no one from the city put anything on your door. An individual with what with with motives that we don't understand. [0:34:04, 0:34:19]: has gone out knocking on your door giving you this misinformation tonight. That is not what is come what what is what has come here tonight. But again Pro Tem I have a point what I want what I want to do and understand. What's your point? [0:34:21, 0:34:25]: Um can we please allow Mr. Aaron in [0:34:25, 0:34:29]: The gentleman from Falcon Design to do the presentation. [0:34:30, 0:34:31]: And then council. [0:34:32, 0:34:34]: Can make their comments, ask questions. [0:34:34, 0:34:38]: М а в худож фаминит. [0:34:38, 0:34:41]: Is Mayor Pro Tem Alexander? [0:34:42, 0:35:02]: In all of his comments. I want to hear directly from staff. Madam Councilmember, I will allow him to ask his question because it is a question that he has Dean. So I'm gonna I'm gonna ask any questions, sir. My my question again is as we have a retreat next week. How did this get pushed ahead of the retreat where the whole council can [0:35:01, 0:35:21]: Could discuss this and this one item get put on the agenda tonight. We got a lot of T Splash projects. How did this one get put up so far? This project has been discussed. We've had several discussions. I think Adam gave a presentation previously where these routes and concepts were presented. [0:35:22, 0:35:28]: at a previous meeting and they were asked to come back to give another presentation. [0:35:29, 0:35:37]: On on that from that concept drawing they had at a council meeting. So this is why this item is back before you. [0:35:38, 0:35:45]: Right. My final call my final comment is this project when it's comp uh my question is, when it's completed [0:35:45, 0:36:05]: It's gonna cost about forty or fifty million dollars. Do we have the money to do it with them? But no, we don't. But the reason why is you will have a set of plans if you start trying to secure funding to build the road. It's just like the Rock Quarry Road Widening Project. This has been a 10 or 15 year project that's finally got funding so they can build. [0:36:05, 0:36:08]: build it but the plans have they've had the plans for a long time. [0:36:09, 0:36:24]: But it was just a matter of of securing funding and that's what we're doing. This is a low-hanging fruit project where you have the plans and designs. It could be ten or fifteen years from now you get to fund it, but you've done one of the projects in T Splots, which was that [0:36:24, 0:36:36]: we were gonna do the Rock Quarry Road extension and you'll have the plans in hand if in the future that the a future council or whoever decides to go out the funding to build this road. [0:36:36, 0:36:38]: Councilman Beer, go ahead, sir. [0:36:38, 0:36:58]: Yeah, I I just wanted to bring uh point comment that uh during one of our meetings in uh last year, around November, December, we charged Falcon Design with coming back and presenting this information as soon as within like sixty to ninety days. And so I'm assuming that this is the follow-up from that decision that we made. But this is not again, this is [0:36:58, 0:37:12]: is not to make the decision tonight or to allocate funding, but this is just the follow up for what you were charged to do back in November to give us a concept of the layout or the plan of which we could take the route we could take. [0:37:12, 0:37:16]: Thank you, Councilman Berry. Mr. Ear, gonna transfer it over. [0:37:16, 0:37:23]: That's all I have, uh unless Councilman Alexander or anybody else we'll start the previous question. Thank you, sir. [0:37:25, 0:37:33]: Thank you. Um my name's Adam Price, managing partner with Falcon Design, uh 235 Corporate Center, Stockbridge. [0:37:33, 0:37:43]: Uh as you can see on the screen, uh this is our one of our three routes I believe we showed you several months ago. Uh [0:37:45, 0:38:03]: There was a route going as an option just to share with the Duval residents. That route was eliminated. Council said they did not want to go that route that night. So from what you see here is just a route to Old Conyers. Uh part of the task that uh [0:38:05, 0:38:19]: that Dush is asked me for was obviously a proposal to get through preliminary eng pre preliminary engineering for you guys to actually get a better idea of what this might cost. Because as I mentioned uh several months ago, [0:38:20, 0:38:23]: crossing this creek, which you can see [0:38:23, 0:38:25]: If you can see my [0:38:25, 0:38:26]: Arrow here. [0:38:27, 0:38:31]: Znowu large flood plain. These dark lines are floodplain. This is a stream. [0:38:31, 0:38:46]: There's a potential that we might have to do a bridge to cross this. And of course that can be very expensive, but I don't know that until I get through preliminary engineering. And then at that point, this is what this proposal does. It gets you to the point where, hey, I got a really good idea what this is gonna cost now. [0:38:47, 0:38:50]: And then if the council at that point says, Hey [0:38:50, 0:38:51]: Okay. [0:38:51, 0:38:51]: We want [0:38:52, 0:38:56]: Finished shovel ready plans, then I can take it to final engineering and be done. [0:38:57, 0:38:57]: А [0:38:57, 0:39:04]: But we went this route because I didn't know if there's a bridge required until we do the hydraulic analysis of the stream. [0:39:04, 0:39:09]: So that was one of the reasons. And also to kind of give you guys a an example. [0:39:10, 0:39:25]: Where this is coming out at Old Conyers on this side, I mean it could come either side of this pond. We really don't know. We're gonna do the best route, least disturbance. And obviously we have to do a traffic study up front to determine this. [0:39:25, 0:39:26]: So [0:39:26, 0:39:46]: Uh all part of the process going through more or less the G DOT process of road design. So uh before you is kind of the the route we're gonna analyze first. And but either way it's gonna discharge on the old Connors as you guys suggested to me last year. Uh the Duval option [0:39:46, 0:39:51]: is uh not on the table and not gonna be analyzed. Just so everybody knows. [0:39:56, 0:39:57]: So if you guys have any questions, please. [0:39:57, 0:40:00]: Thank you, sir. Any questions from council? Yes. Go ahead, sir. [0:40:01, 0:40:21]: Now and as we talked about this last year and we talked about what the project cost was on B. You had a preliminary cost for us and what you thought you was a ballpark, I think you said forty million or something. Yeah, we were spitballing at that point. I had not sat down and done any I mean when you're talking about a bridge, that's [0:40:21, 0:40:31]: millions of dollars right there. Mm-hmm. Uh if you don't have to do a bridge, it can save you millions. That's when I kinda told you guys, yeah, it's gonna be a lot of money. Sure it will be. Any road is. [0:40:31, 0:40:40]: Right, but what what I'm saying to you is that in terms of what this as the person who put the two million dollars in the tea splash with Mr. Knighton. [0:40:40, 0:41:00]: at a table that we actually put this project on there. We knew that it was gonna be a long term project, that something done in in the interim, that it was gonna take millions of dollars in us working with GDOT to be able to form it. That's why I say, why is it on the uh table at this point? Because even [0:41:00, 0:41:20]: Even though we're certainly moving forward with at some point, we have so many other projects that we're working on that we're gonna be discussing at the retreat. Somehow this one got pushed ahead of the retreat. But again, the problem and the in the route that you have selected, there's gonna have to be some property acquisitions involved too. [0:41:20, 0:41:21]: Correct. [0:41:22, 0:41:26]: Absolutely. And part of the preliminary engineering stage will determine how much. [0:41:26, 0:41:46]: Right. And once you once you finish with the the details that you have to work on, certainly there's a couple of different options that we could work on and s it because as we look at this, we'll need a long term plan and then we'll need a short term plan too. Because as we're looking to move this up, we have the new [0:41:46, 0:42:06]: Tim Horton's coffee that's gonna be going at this location there. Now certainly there That is actually shown on here right here, Councilman. Right here. Right. So they'll be entering from the front side there, but certainly as we move along, we not we might not be able to build the entire road, but certainly to get that first little section of [0:42:06, 0:42:25]: of the road built to allow um egress and ingress to the amphitheater and then to allow uh for a mix of the mixed use development that we're gonna have or that is proposed. Uh Ryan, we've actually kind of pro could you come to the podium too as well? [0:42:31, 0:42:43]: We had an approved plan right there as uh behind that you had recommended behind um the Tim Horton that included a townhouse town home development and some other properties as well, mixed use. [0:42:44, 0:42:55]: Yes, that's correct. It was part of uh when we rezoned the property. Uh last year, sometime last year, uh there's like thirty-three units, townhomes and single family residence. [0:42:56, 0:43:16]: Right, but no one has made any discussion whatsoever as we were talking about going down d through the middle of this neighborhood. Uh we've had uh as as been stated before, that has not there has never been a preferred route or a route. At some point as we do these concepts, Mr. Price and Mr. Ron, every [0:43:15, 0:43:33]: Every option is presented when you're talking about a project that might be fifteen or twenty years from here. But when that was presented to the council, the council was like, no, we didn't want to do that. And that was taken off the table. So everybody here can rest assured that that was not the plan, correct? [0:43:33, 0:43:35]: Yes, sir, that's correct. [0:43:35, 0:43:55]: Right. But as we move along uh down this channel to do uh Rock Cory Road widening uh extension, the design is to basically, as has been indicated, is to basically have a bypass to uh correct the the misalign to the traffic on East Atlanta Road. [0:43:55, 0:44:13]: Because now you gotta get off the Rock Quarry, come to East Atlanta, stop, get at the traffic light. This is to move you around that area, get you out to Old Conyers, which is near the periphery of the city, so that traffic can continue to smoke f uh flow smoothly. Is that the objective? [0:44:14, 0:44:15]: Yes, that's the objective. [0:44:16, 0:44:36]: Again, if you looking at this project, Mr. Price, once you uh look at what you're looking at and then understanding uh and Mr Aaron as well, what what type what type of timetable are you looking at in terms of if this did move forward we will be looking at because uh [0:44:36, 0:44:56]: In order to fund it, we'd have to get GDOT funding. We'd have to obviously residents would have to approve the n uh the next T-SPLOST and this council would have to put it in the next T-SPLOST. So there's be a significant amount of funding that would be required for it. Again, I sat down with Mr. Knighton to put this original uh two million dollars in there to do it. [0:44:56, 0:45:10]: exactly what we're doing uh today and to perhaps build the first little portion there so that we could open up that area to um the residential and the mixed use as well in downtown. [0:45:11, 0:45:15]: So I think the question was how long if we're initiated to go. [0:45:16, 0:45:26]: How how uh if you looked at this in time in a time frame and you know how transportation projects w not y you wouldn't expect anything to happen in the next few years, would you? [0:45:28, 0:45:31]: As far as construction. Construction. [0:45:31, 0:45:51]: Well, I mean I don't know the ins and outs of y'all's budget mechanism, but uh you know because it it's gonna take us a year to even get the full design done. Right. Uh preliminary design could be done obviously this year, and that would give you uh a basis of making a a further decision with a price a [0:45:51, 0:45:55]: cost estimate that we would provide you. [0:45:56, 0:45:58]: So yeah, I mean uh [0:45:58, 0:46:00]: You know, it would take you months to get right away. [0:46:01, 0:46:02]: Uh [0:46:02, 0:46:05]: You know, just if you had the money sitting in a pile right now. [0:46:06, 0:46:17]: You know, you probably wouldn't be able to start construction on this probably for up upwards of two years. And that's in a perfect scenario. If the money is way over here and it's available to you, that's just the way the process design [0:46:17, 0:46:19]: Right of way acquisition. [0:46:19, 0:46:23]: Uh and then bidding and then uh start of construction. [0:46:24, 0:46:44]: Yeah, a as you say, but the money is not setting over there in a pot. So basically, in my estimation, maybe eight to ten years at the earliest. Uh seeing that, you know, we just talked about the I seventy five project and it's starting and going through environmental, as you say, there's a bridge there, so the feds are probably gonna have to [0:46:44, 0:46:57]: to be involved in a lot of other things as well. But I appreciate it and certainly uh we we want to be able to put these residents. And the one one final question, Ryan, did anybody from the city put anything on these folks' doors? Anybody from the city? [0:47:03, 0:47:07]: No, not that I'm aware of. It was in my department. We usually put out the public notifications. [0:47:07, 0:47:17]: Mr Aaron, did anybody from the city, from the public work department go out and uh put anything on any door or provide any communication to these residents? No, sir. Thank you. [0:47:18, 0:47:20]: Councilman Barber, go ahead, please. [0:47:20, 0:47:21]: Thank you, Mayor. [0:47:23, 0:47:31]: And thank you, Mr. Price and Mr. Aaron, for at least adding this item to the agenda for discussion. [0:47:32, 0:47:35]: Council Mayor Pro Tem Alexander is right. [0:47:36, 0:47:39]: I've been advocating for this project to move forward. [0:47:40, 0:47:42]: For at least three years. [0:47:43, 0:47:43]: Three. [0:47:45, 0:47:47]: Now it's on the item on the agenda. [0:47:47, 0:47:52]: Just for the council to consider approving a task order. [0:47:53, 0:47:57]: In order for mister Pryce to move forward with the design phase. [0:47:57, 0:47:59]: I absolutely support it. [0:48:00, 0:48:00]: Absolutely. [0:48:01, 0:48:03]: This is in the district. [0:48:03, 0:48:04]: That I represent. [0:48:05, 0:48:07]: These homeowners who are here. [0:48:08, 0:48:09]: They hold me accountable. [0:48:10, 0:48:11]: for their quality of life. [0:48:12, 0:48:17]: in all of the decisions that are made that affects them in their quality of life. [0:48:18, 0:48:21]: The amphitheater brings thousands of people. [0:48:22, 0:48:26]: Туартон і дес арія централь арія. [0:48:26, 0:48:28]: During the summertime for concerts. [0:48:29, 0:48:31]: These homeowners are affected by it. [0:48:32, 0:48:36]: So absolutely I support anything that's gonna provide some relief. [0:48:37, 0:48:38]: Traffic relief. [0:48:39, 0:48:41]: To homeowners who live in the area. [0:48:42, 0:48:48]: There was some discussions h um about a alternate route. [0:48:48, 0:48:52]: through Duval that was just a discussion. [0:48:52, 0:48:56]: We're just talking and having discussions about the best way. [0:48:56, 0:48:59]: to alleviate or minimize some of the traffic congestion. [0:49:00, 0:49:10]: I didn't really support the Duval option because I felt as though Duval connects with East Atlanta Road. Well during the concert seasons [0:49:11, 0:49:12]: People are traveling. [0:49:12, 0:49:15]: East Atlanta road especially during a concert. [0:49:15, 0:49:16]: is already congested. [0:49:17, 0:49:18]: So [0:49:18, 0:49:20]: Having a alternate route [0:49:21, 0:49:23]: to connect with Duval is not gonna [0:49:24, 0:49:29]: alleviate or minimize any traffic congestion, in my opinion. But that was just another option. [0:49:31, 0:49:33]: I don't know who. [0:49:34, 0:49:37]: Okay, obviously we have some very zealous um [0:49:39, 0:49:51]: residents in our downtown area who are very much concerned about the developments and some of the decisions that the council have made that affect [0:49:51, 0:49:54]: The homeowners in our downtown area. [0:49:55, 0:49:56]: I want you all to know. [0:49:58, 0:50:01]: My decisions are based on you. [0:50:01, 0:50:02]: In mind. [0:50:02, 0:50:04]: Every single time. [0:50:06, 0:50:11]: You all elected me to represent you in your best interest, and that is what I intend to do. [0:50:12, 0:50:14]: I will continue pushing. [0:50:14, 0:50:16]: For um [0:50:17, 0:50:19]: Anything that's going to help. [0:50:19, 0:50:23]: Uh alleviate traffic congestion. Our amphitheater is here to stay. [0:50:24, 0:50:27]: We are looking to revitalize our downtown. [0:50:28, 0:50:29]: It's it's going to happen. [0:50:30, 0:50:31]: It's happening right now. [0:50:31, 0:50:35]: There are decisions that are being made even without me. [0:50:36, 0:50:41]: But nonetheless, I'm super excited about this opportunity. [0:50:41, 0:50:44]: Thank you very much, Mr. Aaron and Mr. Price. [0:50:44, 0:50:51]: for getting us to this point at least. I know this task order um before us. [0:50:51, 0:51:08]: is for the design phase of$167,900. I absolute so I absolutely support moving forward with the final design so we're not just guesstimating what the total cost to uh [0:51:08, 0:51:18]: build this entire Rock Quarry Road extension from North Henry Boulevard all the way over to O'Conniers or whatever is the best route. [0:51:19, 0:51:22]: Absolutely supported. [0:51:24, 0:51:25]: What was I gonna ask? [0:51:26, 0:51:32]: So can I ask, Mr. Aaron, and you too, Mr. Price, um [0:51:33, 0:51:35]: During our upcoming retreat, will you be able [0:51:36, 0:51:38]: If the council so chooses to approve [0:51:39, 0:51:44]: this task order tonight, will you be able to bring us a timeline of completion of this project? [0:51:45, 0:51:47]: At our budget retreat. [0:51:48, 0:52:08]: I can. I have n I don't know when the retreat is this year. So I haven't been invited, so retreat or planning the planning retreat. Okay. That's it's that's the next one. That's the next one. Yeah. Yeah. Four or five. It's March fourth, fifth, and sixth. It's that's a short note. That's a short note. [0:52:08, 0:52:14]: Yeah. March fifth and sixth. So you won't be able to somebody let me know. I know the the uh [0:52:15, 0:52:20]: The clerk used to let me know when it was when you guys needed me there, so just let me know. I can I can probably make it. Just let me know. [0:52:20, 0:52:21]: Yes, sir. [0:52:21, 0:52:41]: Thank you so much. That's actually our I would like to point out to you, because last time I was here, you guys were asking me, you said you had two million dollars in the budget to design this. I wanted to point out even this is for to get through preliminary design to get a cost estimate. Final design will obviously include the bridge and everything else. The reason I didn't include final in this [0:52:41, 0:52:50]: This is because I wanted to make sure you need a bridge because that's a big cost. And we're going to try to design it without one. Uh, but if it needs a bridge, then we'll do that. [0:52:50, 0:52:55]: The total cost of this design will probably not exceed twenty five percent of what you have budgeted. [0:52:56, 0:52:57]: So [0:52:57, 0:53:17]: And I think we we talked about that briefly a few months ago, but I I now know since I put this together and I kind of know what the bridge designer is gonna charge me and everything else, I know where it's gonna be. And it's it's not gonna be anywhere near and I think me and him kind of joked about that. It's not gonna be anywhere near two million dollars. It won't even be probably a half a million dollars. [0:53:17, 0:53:37]: So you will have money left over from this design phase. And just make sure that was a big point of discussion last time. And now that I know I've put this together, I do know that yes, you'll be way under that. That's good to know. If I may, may I just one last one real quick. [0:53:37, 0:53:44]: reason why I think this is really, really good is because um those homeowners who live on the northern end. [0:53:44, 0:53:50]: Um, when we have events and concerts, they're not able to get through to the other side. [0:53:50, 0:53:51]: Um oh [0:53:52, 0:53:53]: North Henry. [0:53:53, 0:53:59]: Um so I really wanted to create an opportunity or [0:53:59, 0:54:05]: an option for homeowners who are not attending concerts, someone if they want to get to the hospital. [0:54:06, 0:54:10]: Their only route is East Atlanta Road. [0:54:10, 0:54:12]: To North Henry. [0:54:12, 0:54:18]: And it's already congested during concerts and events. So in case there's emergencies. [0:54:18, 0:54:21]: I think this is a really, really good [0:54:21, 0:54:26]: project for the council to consider moving forward. In fact um [0:54:26, 0:54:34]: Just as the council advocated with our congressmen um to give us money um to [0:54:35, 0:54:48]: build the pedestrian bridge and the multi use recreation center, all those things. This is one of the projects that I believe that we will be able to um [0:54:48, 0:54:49]: Request. [0:54:50, 0:54:52]: federal and state funding for it. [0:54:53, 0:54:55]: It is much needed, so I [0:54:55, 0:54:56]: Really hope. [0:54:57, 0:54:59]: That my councilmates will consider. [0:55:00, 0:55:03]: This is a project that has been on the books for our city. [0:55:03, 0:55:23]: For a very long time. Now that we're really trying to realize or reimagine our downtown, we need to be thinking about new infrastructure projects. Not just maintaining roads and sidewalks that we currently have, but creating new roads. [0:55:23, 0:55:24]: Oops. [0:55:25, 0:55:28]: That's all. Just wanted to make that point. Thank you. [0:55:28, 0:55:48]: Yeah, and in an effort to kind of bring clarity on this as well and try to move move things a little bit forward. I think it's important for us to state and not overstate the entire council supported this design back before we uh came to this point that this route was something that you know we didn't want to uh entreat and and come upon everybody. [0:55:48, 0:55:58]: So that was one of the things main focuses is why this was done this way, that unanimously we did not want it, you know, come into your neighborhood. [0:55:58, 0:56:18]: And so uh unfortunately the information got out the way it did today. I don't we we all don't know how or why it did, but nevertheless we're here. But I think uh it's important for us to also understand with brevity that this project needs to be done in phases. It needs to be done in process and and it won't be a overnight [0:56:18, 0:56:38]: situation. But we definitely support, I support this plan that has been created because it was the original plan that we all agreed upon in the first place. But we also need to uh you know take a step back and know that this we can do it in phases. We can do sections of it. We can do whatever we need to do as we find funding. But we need [0:56:38, 0:56:47]: Need the plan first to do the phases, but I'm I'm in support of a phase implementation of this uh so that we can at least get this project started. [0:56:47, 0:56:48]: Thank you, sir. Go ahead, sir. [0:56:50, 0:56:51]: I'm sorry. You go ahead, sir. [0:56:52, 0:57:05]: I'm sorry, did you address me? Yeah. Okay. I'm sorry. Uh yeah, certainly. Let me say this. Again, I'm the person that will sit down at the table with mister Knighton to put this project on the board. And certainly I'm one hundred percent in support of it. [0:57:05, 0:57:08]: My point is exactly what was said earlier. [0:57:08, 0:57:12]: You we want you to come back to the retreat next week anyway. [0:57:13, 0:57:33]: Right. That's what we want you to do. That's how we start these programs. Next week you'll be able to come back to the retreat to discuss this with us wholeheartedly of the council and we could look at it in detail and have our discuss it. However every time we want to discuss it. That was already suggested. That was [0:57:33, 0:57:46]: I that's just what I thought we were going to do, is that we were going to give this the appropriate amount of time at the retreat to be able to talk about it in detail, make some decisions, then vote. [0:57:46, 0:57:54]: And that's why I say, why did this get pushed up to today when we got such a small amount of time to talk about it? When we have [0:57:55, 0:58:15]: hours to talk about it next week if we want to to be able to talk about it to finalize it. Because yes, I do support this project because in the end it is well needed for us to be able to move forward with it in order to grow our downtown. Because what we're seeing here is we have the Tim Hortons Coffee there. There will be other [0:58:15, 0:58:31]: commercial development that'll join them and then it'll give us an opportunity to improve traffic as has been suggested. But again, it doesn't do the disser service to this where we have such a short window block to talk about it when you have agreed to come back next week, correct? [0:58:32, 0:58:52]: Uh yes, if I is it more than one day? I don't I don't have my calendar in front of me, but yes, I will make make sure somebody just contact me. Anybody? So the clerk was it would contact me. Would it affect you in any way if we we you came next week, we put everything together and then we voted [0:58:52, 0:58:59]: I can come to Brookhaven. I don't I don't have a problem with that. [0:58:59, 0:59:16]: Okay. So I just want us to take more time to talk about it and to think about it and to improve it to make sure we're making that we have the very best plan, not just approving a test order to for what we want. The city manager is not even here tonight. [0:59:16, 0:59:30]: to weigh in on what we're doing. So he'll be here next week as well. I support moving forward with this. I just think we should give it more time and we should discuss it at the retreat. But it's up to the rest of the council. If you want to go forward, we can do so. [0:59:31, 0:59:31]: Councilman Barton. [0:59:32, 0:59:34]: Mayor, I'd like to make a motion. [0:59:34, 0:59:36]: Yes, ma'am. Okay. Um [0:59:38, 0:59:47]: I make a motion the council approve task task order number 2025-16. Will Falcon [0:59:47, 0:59:48]: Design. [0:59:49, 0:59:56]: For the preliminary design of Rock Quarry Road extension in the amount of one hundred and sixty seven thousand nine hundred dollars. [0:59:57, 0:59:58]: Is there a second? Second. [0:59:59, 1:00:19]: All those in favor? Discussion. Sure. One other point. The one thing I want to make is that we do have two million dollars set aside for this project. This is for the task order. Hopefully, some of that two million dollars will be able to use to build some of the stuff uh or to actually design something. That's why I want to talk about this a little bit more. Is that that that one [1:00:19, 1:00:20]: [3621.1, 3622.9]: Uh what's that cross street right there? [1:00:24, 1:00:26]: Yes. Talking about this one? Right. [1:00:26, 1:00:46]: Sarissa. That that's gonna be Caressa Drive, right? That's the one that goes to the amphitheater. That's the one that goes to the amphitheater, right. What if we talk about this a little bit more in detail, how much of that two million dollars could we take to build that little short stub right there leading to Caressa Drive so that we can make that actionable if you take more time to talk about it? [1:00:46, 1:00:50]: Council. But that's tonight. Thank you. Thank you. Council McLeod, you had you had your hand raised? [1:00:51, 1:00:59]: No, I'm not sure. No, he's gonna take a vote. Okay, all those in favor indicate by the sign of aye. All right, so moved. Four to zero. [1:00:59, 1:01:11]: Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Next item on the agenda is the council consideration of authorizing the city treasurer to make arrangements to reimburse the Henry County in reference to Teesplost. Mr. Treasurer, please. [1:01:15, 1:01:16]: Good evening, Mayor and Council. [1:01:18, 1:01:38]: Ah so in twenty twenty one after the passage of T S Plus um City of Stockbridge had an agreement with the Henry County through resolution twenty one dash two three three that we were going to contribute four million. [1:01:38, 1:01:43]: towards the cost of constructing rock quarry road. [1:01:44, 1:01:51]: And now they are coming to us to say we have started the building. We need you to [1:01:54, 1:02:14]: finish or we need you to fulfill your obligation of contributing. We have that allocation of four million and it's my recommendation that we pay and this is the way we are going to pay it twenty twenty six we give them two million. [1:02:14, 1:02:32]: And the final one million we give them towards the end of the project, which they said it's two and a half from now. So that will be towards the end of 2028. [1:02:32, 1:02:47]: That's my request and recommendation how we are going to repay that four million. Two one one. In a total of four million. In total four million, yes. Any questions from council? Go ahead, Mayor. [1:02:48, 1:02:56]: Um so well first I wanna make sure that we distinguish this project from the project that we just finished talking about. [1:02:57, 1:03:00]: That is correct. This one ends in uh North Henry. [1:03:00, 1:03:06]: Yes, this is the Rot Quarry Road widening. Widening, that's correct. [1:03:07, 1:03:11]: Okay, just wanna make sure that you all are aware of it. [1:03:11, 1:03:13]: But that's all, sir. Thank you. [1:03:13, 1:03:14]: Well let me get [1:03:15, 1:03:35]: You had a comment? Yes. Certainly, I think everybody out here should understand and the people that are watching, when the T-splosh was put together, this is a transportation sploss project, right? Correct. That's what T Splosh stands for. The voters went to the polls, and it was up to you all to vote yes or no on a one cent sales tax. [1:03:35, 1:03:55]: Because you voted yes, Rock Quarry Road is being widened right now. We're taking that funding. The city investment is four million dollars. Henry County is investing over thirty million dollars uh in GDOT uh to make sure that that project happens. Uh when I was discussing that, we were discussing [1:03:55, 1:04:15]: That we were at an impasse on what we were going to be able to do to achieve this. Mr. Knighton and I were sitting down, we were talking about what to do, and we came up with that total of four million dollars based on population. And uh in order to end the stalemate of who's gonna find what and [1:04:15, 1:04:35]: And what we're going to do. So this project will be finished in 2028 from North from Eagles Landing Parkway all the way down to North Henry Boulevard. It'll be four-lane road. There'll be a 10-foot multi-use path on one side that you can ride your bike or even a golf cart or a carton. [1:04:35, 1:04:55]: And then on the other side it'll be a five-foot sidewalk. The other sidewalk will be one of like the Atlanta Beltline type sidewalk, the really wide one. There'll be beautification there. There'll be new street lights. So when you're driving down Rock Quarry Road, you will be able to see it. I just want you to know where your money is going. And when you vote. [1:04:55, 1:05:04]: And there's another transportation supplies coming up the at the end of this year, and you'll get to decide we don't tell you how to vote yes or to vote no. [1:05:04, 1:05:05]: But [1:05:05, 1:05:07]: With these projects, if you want to see [1:05:07, 1:05:27]: uh Duvall paved. If you want to see traffic improvements in this area, then you vote yes. If you don't want to see those improvements, you want to see the uh and the things not to move as quickly, then you would vote no. But it's up to you. It is really up to the citizens to decide what how these projects move forward. [1:05:27, 1:05:46]: You know, people talk about our parks and everything. That's based on this uh one cent sales analysis as well. But I wholeheartedly support uh this particular uh responsibility because the voters voted yes to have this happen and we're gonna have improvement and rock quarry road will be widened as a result. So thank you. [1:05:46, 1:06:06]: Thank you. I would also say, Malawi, thank you for bringing this up to us. Recently, I believe it was from the council myself, Councilman Cloud and Mayor Pro Tem Alexander, along with some staff members, went on a tour with GDOT to see what exactly was happening, not just in Stockbridge, but across the entire county. And one of the prime goals and the prime examples that they showed us that there's going to be display across the entire state. [1:06:06, 1:06:26]: State was going to be that Rock Quarry expansion and with the awesome developments that we're bringing with the community development team, it's going to be an awesome look, especially to alleviate some of that traffic issues here in the city. So I'm looking forward to it as well. With that, Council Bear? Mayor Williams, I'd like to make a motion with that being said that we approve the authorization of the city treasurer. [1:06:26, 1:06:46]: CFO to make arrangements to reimburse Henry County in reference to the T-SPOS project for the Rock Quarry Road widening in the amounts of two million in 2026, 1 million in 2027, and then the last million at the conclusion of the project in 2028. Second. All right. I have a motion and a second. [1:06:46, 1:06:51]: actually already by Councilman Cloud, but all those in favor please indicate by the sound of I. [1:06:51, 1:06:52]: I do have a [1:06:53, 1:06:59]: Okay. Well let me say this vote is closed four to zero. Thank you. Thank you. [1:07:00, 1:07:01]: Briefly. [1:07:03, 1:07:06]: Um the Rock Quarry Road extension project. [1:07:07, 1:07:08]: The project [1:07:08, 1:07:09]: Before. [1:07:09, 1:07:11]: That is also funded by T Splatt is [1:07:11, 1:07:13]: T Sploss, is that correct, Mr. Malazi? [1:07:15, 1:07:21]: Am I correct? Mr Aaron, just nod your head. T Sploss, the Rock Quarry Road Extension Project. [1:07:22, 1:07:23]: Thank you. [1:07:24, 1:07:28]: With that counsel, I will now accept a motion to go into executive session. [1:07:29, 1:07:37]: Mayor, I make a motion to go into executive session for real estate personnel, um, cybersecurity and litigation. [1:07:37, 1:07:40]: All right, I have a motion by Mayor Pro Timmins there, second. Second. [1:07:40, 1:07:47]: All right, all those in favor and can eat by the sign of aye. All right. So moved. We'll return after executive session. [1:08:25, 1:08:27]: [4148.1, 4150.0]: I could bet. [1:09:28, 1:09:29]: It's okay. [1:09:40, 1:09:46]: Is this weather change? Yeah, it's great. [1:10:08, 1:10:11]: Demetrius, we good? Alright. [1:10:13, 1:10:24]: Council, I will now accept a motion to reconvene and return back to end executive session and return back to our regular scheduled work session. So move. Is there a second? [1:10:25, 1:10:45]: Uh, those in favor, please indicate by the sound of aye. All right, five to zero. Council, I have no uh comments. Just to let everyone know that we have a few events coming up and lined up. Please join the city of Stock Ridge for our Women's History Month event on Sunday over at Merrill Matters Conference Center. And please follow our social media. [1:10:45, 1:10:55]: and our website for more. At this time, Council, I'll accept a motion and a second to adjourn. Mayor, could you also add an announcement that uh clergy round table will be Monday the second at six thirty? [1:10:57, 1:11:12]: Clergy, there will be a clergy round table hosted by Councilman Berry on Monday. Monday, March second, six thirty six thirty PM right here at City Hall in the Levi Room, sec first floor. Thank you, sir. Yes, sir. Are you gonna also motion? [1:11:13, 1:11:21]: I can't. Yes. I motion over your adjourned. All right, I have a second. I second. All right, all those in favor and cake by the sign of aye. Aye. So moved. Good evening.
