The Blight Tax

It ain’t happening and let me tell you why. Stockbridge Municipal Judge, Wanda Dallas is the former magistrate who signed Victor Hill’s bad warrants. So, as soon as she says the first goddamn word about your house, blight or taxes. You’re going to write the GA JQC a letter saying she shouldn’t be a judge or a lawyer. Simple as…

  • Dallas served as Chief Magistrate Judge of Clayton County (2016-2021), where she set bond policy that directly conflicted with Sheriff Victor Hill’s enforcement priorities
  • During her tenure, Sheriff Hill arrested both Gerrian Hawes (the publisher of South Atlanta Magazine) and Robert Hawes (her husband and Dallas’s own political opponent), both appearing before the Clayton County Magistrate Court that Dallas oversaw
  • During the same tenure, Hill ordered at least seven detainees into restraint chairs for hours as punishment — conduct that resulted in a federal conviction
  • Dallas then left Clayton County and joined a law firm in Stockbridge, Georgia — the same community where she would later be appointed as a municipal court judge

What does America’s 250th Birthday mean to me? It means Quinton Washington and Megan McCulloch can roll their work products up real tight and stick them back up their collective asses where they belong. If I get some fucked up bill I’m going to spend that amount disrobing what you call a judge in this town.

I’ll set her liens aside until court. Feel free to look them up in GSCCCA.
